She teaches a handful of classes at the gym (boot camp, yoga, Pilates) but my personal favorite is Twrkit Circuit! Yep, a LEGIT twerk class in the suburbs! She has structured the class to be informational and empowering, not just a rump-shaking video vixen sesh. The class is not only a fantastic workout, (I burned like 400 calories the first time I tried it, according to my heart rate monitor) but a really fun way to get introduced to your body and figure out how to move and tone it in new ways. None of the moves are suggestive or sexual, it is more fun and strengthening than anything else. Aubree makes the class energetic, creative and a serious workout. (Not to mention she has a super sick body, so it'll motivate you to want to get in shape!) If you are shy or hesitant to try but are curious, come on out and do it. You won't regret it! The routines are fun and its just a big group of ladies hanging out, having fun. I love her yoga class as well, as she always shares wise words, poems and metaphors. Check out the website for class times and get over there to try one out, NOW!

Check in was smooth, but booking as a first timer felt like a bit of a choose your own adventure situation. I saw an $8 option, a $15 option, and then a very confident "first class free" sign when I arrived. I ended up calling and honestly, problem solved. The staff was super friendly, patient, and got everything sorted without any stress. I took the heated Hardsculpt class and wow... immediately humbled. It is HOT , the kind where you are sweating within minutes and quietly questioning your life choices. There is a good amount of choreography which kept me on my toes, but it was a solid sweat and still felt doable with modifications. The instructor was fantastic. Clear cues, great energy, actually present before and after class, and the music made you want to keep going even when your body was negotiating otherwise. They are generous with amenities too. Showers, a wild number of lockers, all first timer equipment was ready to go for me in a locker ( loveeee) so I can just show up and not think, and I have never in my life seen mat sanitizer machines hanging in a yoga lobby but now I am wondering why every studio does not have them! What really stood out was the community. It felt welcoming, organized, and like people genuinely wanted to be there. A good mix of ages and experience levels which I always appreciate. I personally lean toward darker, moodier studios with mirrors, so the bright open space and no mirrors took a second to adjust to, but that is just preference, not a flaw. Only thing to note, they are not on ClassPass App,which might be a miss for travelers trying to drop in. Overall, beautiful studio, strong workout, great people, and you will absolutely sweat. I would definitely come back when I am in the area.

Prior to finding this magical place, I was nervous to return to my asana practice due to life circumstances. It had been 4 years since I was on my mat. It's like those obstacles poofed into thin air! What I love most about Keller Yoga is the diversity of classes and instruction they provide. Every class feels consistent, yet different. I've finally found a studio where my practice doesn't feel like sport or competition. Another added bonus is my family gets to join me for community classes on Friday's. My daughter is 3 years old and can't stop talking about yoga! My heart can't get any fuller. Thank you to all of the special instructors who have made us feel at home. Each and every one of you have changed our lives. We love you!

My wife started going to Keller Yoga, loved it, and invited me to a class. It was wonderful. Now, we are both members and I'm going a few times a week. Here's what I like: all of the instructors I've worked with are welcoming, supportive, and fun. They encourage you to focus on your own practice and what feels right for you, which helps quiet my inner critic. They give clear cues so it's easy to follow. There is a focus on mindfulness and breathing that starts and ends sessions with calm. And there are people of all ages and backgrounds. It's just a good environment.

A Great Place to Get Back In Shape!…read more The staff and instructors at Mindset are truly interested in you and your well-being. I took my first Tai-Chi Class today and it was a great workout. I was able to follow the instructor easily and appreciated the positive attitude everyone had. I look forward to going back tomorrow and know that I am on the right path to get health. Stop by and take a tour of their facility and see all of the classes they offer. This is a better alternative to the box gyms and you will get your money's worth here!

Best gym experience…read more I'm so glad a friend introduced me to MindSet Fitness and Yoga. I started doing circuit training, which I had never done before. I walk and bike ride and garden, but really needed to build up strength and flexibility. Some gyms I had tried before were not informed about what types of exercise someone in their 60's is capable of and they were not great with adapting things to what I could do. Travis and the other trainers are so different. They encourage you to do your best, but are ready to adapt different exercises to your level. We go 2 to 3x a week and I can't believe the difference. You are never left on your own, someone is always there helping you and making sure you are not doing an exercise safely. Luis and Becky are so helpful. Here is another thing I really like. The circuit class is almost all day. You go when you can, you are never late to class, and you come when you can and warm up, then do the circuit for that day. It is different and challenging. Travis has adapted exercises for my husband too. His work with MS helps him with understanding any conditions or injuries. Yolanda's yoga class is also really great. She helps us stay strong and flexible. The friendly encouragement and fun from all the folks at the gym helps the workout go fast. If you are looking to get healthy, you should check out MindSet Fitness and Yoga.
