I was contacted on Tuesday asking if I was still interested and my reply was an emphatic no. I was given the same excuse I'm sure everyone gets "I'm sorry we didn't get back to you yesterday but our office is short handed" how can anyone feel comfortable going to this chiropractor's office when they can't even handle a simple phone call back as they said they would do. I can only imagine the care you would receive would be a reflection of a poorly run office. I'll save myself the headaches.

I have been lucky enough to use the services of Dr. Alati numerous times, and to see him for maintenance visits. Every time I have had an actual pain from a sports injury or from tweaking something I was not supposed to, and I go to see him for my problem, he is able to accurately diagnose what is wrong with me and provide immediate relief from the pain I am suffering. The best example I can provide was from sciatica pain I was experiencing from playing football with a group of older guys. The pain was with me for a month until it got so bad my leg went numb. Within 5 minutes of Dr. Alati working on the issue - it was resolved. I met with Dr. Jen and she was fantastic. She listened to all of my ailments and needs and was a huge help. The front desk staff were also very personable from setting up the appointment on the phone to the in-person visit. I plan on making them my permanent chiropractors and making regular visits going forward. :) They even gave me a nice little gift bag on my way out for my first visit. A nice touch to end the appointment. The initial consultation takes an hour as mine included x-rays and an adjustment. During my last couple appointments, I've noticed that it is hard for them to stay on schedule with assigned appointments. I wasn't seen until 35+ minutes after my assigned appointment time. Without insurance, adjustments are $40. With insurance, it depends on your insurance provider.
