This was my initial visit and he walked in and asked so what are you expecting us to do for you? I said I didn't know as I didn't know what all was wrong. My general doc ordered the MRI and he didn't think things were horrible but didn't know. The surgeon PA points to X-rays they took and says well this isn't an easy fix like I'm assuming you think you will be getting. I just sat there because I was there to find out what was wrong. Very strange atmosphere. Very arrogant staff. It would be nice if the tech and the dr could just show a bit of kindness and compassion to their clients.

She is a holistic soul and believes more in the nature of how everything in the body works and it shows in the way that she massages you. I wanted to do 30 minutes but I am so happy we did like, 80 minutes. I got all cozied in her warm bed and I am telling you she focused on every part of my body because that is what we talked about. She almost seemed like magic because she was able to relieve kinks of stress I did not even realize that I had. She has hands of gold and knows exactly what she is doing. As mom's we don't focus on preventative care as a form of self care and this was pure self care. It was a mental, physical, and emotional session of stress relief and I am so dang thankful. Doctor Stowell examined me and quickly diagnosed my condition. The Dr ordered an MRI and prescribed medication for my ailment. I returned a couple of weeks later after the MRI and the doctor reviewed it. The doctor recommended I do not have a knee surgery . Instead he recommended I get a cortisone injection. I have been pain free for about 6 months. I returned several months later for pain in my heal. The examining foot doctor diagnosed plantar fasciitis and ordered physical therapy. The therapist indicated that the fasciitis is a result of chronic tightness in the calf muscle. The therapist performed a muscle relaxation massage on the calf and several stretches. Those exercises worked great!!
