This was creating a huge problem as my wife is highly allergic to bees. How they were able to find the hive is a mystery to me. He uses pet-safe products, or at least pet-safe when dry. He also has different options for what he can use (less aggressive chemicals if that's your preference). He's also talkative and great to have around when he's there. He's giving tips and advice about what he's seeing the entire time, which is great. He also takes your input about hot-spots for bugs and what you're seeing to determine his action plan. The billing staff is a little hard to get a hold of though. I've tried calling them for a week, and just gave up and waited for them to mail me a bill.
