Recently, we contacted and paid this organization to transport a severely ill (dying) veteran from San Diego to Northern California to his home for his final days. The patient required medical personnel along for the ride and had intensive needs. I paid 3700.00 for this. All of this was clearly communicated by email from the nurse at the care facility where the patient was being transported from. This company sent a van with a gurney and a guy with a CPR card... Obviously, this did not meet our needs and no services were rendered. To this day, no refund or offer of refund has been made or received despite zero services being rendered. You are honestly just as well off using an Uber. I do have a dispute case in through the credit card company. We'll see.

They called to confirm the night before and showed up 20 minutes early and left after 5 minutes of their arrival, a good 10 minutes before I was ready to leave. It caused me to miss an important dialysis appointment. When they answer the phone it's just "hello?" No mention of the company name. When I asked why they don't mention the company name when answering the phone she says it's Sunday. However if you call them during a weekday they still don't say the name of the company when calling. For my second pickup I called and asked what time specifically are they going to be here so I could be ready, the reply was "same time." And I asked "what exact time" and the woman answering the phone continue to argue with me about make sure I'm there on time without telling me what time until I asked for a fifth time. I would not recommend to anybody to use their service if you have any other resources or possible way of getting transported, do that instead.
