He replied with, "Can you just put everything together and take it?" Basically expecting me to carry two bags, a box of items, and a 10 lb bag of potatoes to my car with no cart. Not helpful, not friendly, and totally unnecessary. Also, on a previous visit I bought a bottle of coffee creamer with the foil safety seal still intact, and when I opened it at home it had mold in it. I emailed customer service about it and never received a response. I want to like this place because the store itself is great, but the customer service has been disappointing.

No worries I was able to pick up some hard salami and Swiss cheese. I highly suggest that they look into adding self checkout registers at this location it would definitely help out the staff members. Because the other sprouts location in Clovis has a self checkout. Unfortunately this one does not and you have to stand in line when you have 10 items or less in the person in front of you has 40 items and up.
