Well, how do you even review a school? I mean it's a good school. The locations good. The teachers are good, but the administrators, not the best. The councilors aren't amazing. They never really see students. The AP's are alright. The school doesn't really care much about bullying. My friend once kissed his girlfriend and they both got lunch detention for a week. So you're saying they get lunch detention for kissing and the only thing bullies get is a talk in the hall? Don't make much sense. Over all I would recommend this school tho. In the GISD there're 2 middle schools, and AMS is 100% better than GMS. read more

My son is a 7th grader here, He also went here in 6th grade and Absolutely Loves this school.

I'm a student here, and it's great! I just think it could use some improvements. For example, it would be nice for the blocking on the computer websites to not block literally everything. And there should be more funding in theatre. Another thing is that there should be better cameras for situations like stealing. Last year there was that incident with stealing, I can't exactly remember what it was but I think it was Stan-Lee's. And finally there should be a box of pencils for people that need them. well i am curently in 8th grade and i was there for the 1 st semester in 6th grade and i got moved to a regular math class when i was in honnors math the teacher was rude saying i need to go to regular math etc becuse of my grade she said if u want to stay u have to keep a passing score and i went from a 30 to a 70 in under a week and my parents had talked to the consular and my parents said if she needs to get moved please tell us and guess what they moved me without letting my parents know and so when i got moved that day after school my mom picked me up and i said well i will have a great time in my new class sarcasticly and so she said what and when i tell u i have never seen my mom more made in my life so other than that i loved that year oh and i got dressed coded i was wearing leggins and a shirt that went down to my knees but my favrite teacher was ms ross and mr walters read more
