Debbie had stepped out and walked in and greeted us while we were filling out the massage intake form. If you've never been to a massage, you may not have known to fill out the massage intake form. We waited a little for the other massage therapist to arrive. - The massage itself was great!! It was relieving and not painful for a deep tissue. I have a ton of knots and tightness in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. Most massages come with a little pain to achieve relief. I asked for medium pressure, but I wish I would've ask for firmer pressure. My mom enjoy the massage as well. She was definitely sore the next day, where as I wasn't. I've been to three treatments so far, and as of this week, I've started to catch whiffs of things, which is wild work. (What magic is this?!) Dr. Gumman is a compassionate caretaker. What I appreciate about him most is I'm an outspoken skeptic - even when my therapist recommended the treatment, I told her it sounded woo-woo and unrealistic. I met Dr. Gumman with the same amount of skepticism, and he's met each question I have with both science and evidence, which I sincerely appreciate. Everyone else in the office is warm, welcoming, and happy to answer questions.
