PTS is smaller, yet I received much better attention and care than the other office. I had 2 hip replacements back to back so my comparison is recent. PTS had me doing exercises which definitely helped in my recovery versus the other place who had me mostly walking on a treadmill and doing more aerobic excercises having little to do with my hip. ( at least in my opinion) All the therapists were very professional, kind and compassionate. Also, scheduling appointments was very easy to fit my schedule. This was so important to me as the other office could barely schedule me for the day I needed. There was no flexibility in their scheduling and they didn't care about being able to fit me in. PTS scheduled me whenever I needed. If I require pt anytime in the future, I will definitely go back to Physical Therapy Specialists in Davenport.

Robinson Family Clinic has been an answer to my prayers. They are a medical facility but they take a much more holistic approach to care, which is what I'd been praying for. They are all caring and friendly and I feel truly cared for, not like I'm just a patient number on a chart, which is how I've felt everywhere else. I truly feel listened to and cared about. I see Lindsey, the NP, and she has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a primary care physician.

Recently I branched out and booked a massage with Kellie, Dr. Faro's wife, who has a spa adjoining the chiropractic office. In my decade of massage experiences, I don't think anyone has ever been as thorough and worked as deeply (but with care) in my muscles as she did. Other things to note: while Alternative Care carries nutritional supplements and other back/foot support items like many chiropractic offices, they also operate a healthy cafe with juice, smoothies, sandwiches and the like in the same center, called Cafe Crema; hours tend to vary, but they are currently open weekdays during lunch til 3.

The nursing staff is below average, that meaning for every good caring nurse there is one that shouldn't be employed in people care. She entered rehab with the intention of it being there a short term but it appeared the facility felt they had other plans. Daily inquires were necessary to find out how the evening was, how therapy was going and what medication was given and majority of the time the information was not correct. I have made a number of attempts to speak to management but no one has responded. Communication is lacking in almost all aspects.
