The front desk is nice, funny and make you feel at ease. The assistants are caring and explain everything really well. Once I had a strange growth of bumps in my rear gum area, went to him for an evaluation out of concern of having cancer and he assured me it was not. My daughter ask to see dr russo With no prior info they gave her an appointment with someone else…read more with out her ok and after the dental repair she had extreme pain for a week went back same guy fixed the issue the pain then took a week to go away they told her she needed another filling and she made the appointment again asked for dr russo and again got the same guy put in the new filling weeks plural still in significant pain throbbing, the dentist said she could come back but that shed likely need a root canal done. Then she went to a different dentist only to find out that the original filling never set up the way it was supposed to and a simple replacement filling fixed the problem When someone asks to see a particular dentist, they should be allowed to see that dentist or should be given the reason why they cant and then be told ahead of time who their new dentist will be, and given the opportunity to decline before they drive 20 miles out of their way and have arrived at an appointment only to find the dentist they were expecting isn't who they are getting Poor judgement call Dr Russo, if this is how you run your office, and poor customer service, champion dental! He is so thorough in his evaluations, always offers personalized and affordable solutions and he genuinely cares for his patients.
