Dr. Nickerson was quite negative toward both me and my wife which made the visit very uncomfortable. On top of that, the information we were given turned out to be inaccurate adding to the confusion. What was most upsetting was that Dr. Nickerson told us he would not see us anymore. I understand that not every patient doctor relationship works out, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this was a one-time issue, as I had expected a more supportive experience.

I don't return to offices where that's the Norm rather than th exception. Its clean. A decent selection of reading material. I generally see Dr Kola as I'm a long established patient. I'm 100% satisfied with the care I receive. As a final note the nurses, MAs, PAs, are out of this world. They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. I can highly recommend this office for pain control, and injury assessment, and care.

I even brought MY MOM with me and she's very objective and agreed that she was nasty. She didn't ask me any questions and even said PT will cure my CRPS, which is a LIE. I kindly corrected her and she said "well it's a multifaceted thing" which is true, yet her advice ONLY were about working out. I was in tears in the office after and I saw her laughing with a co-worker. Bad advice and being mean to a kind patient who needs help is evil. Please never, ever go to her unless you want a work out regime and no medicine to help you SURVIVE.

I had 3 injections in my back which relieved that pain, I was having neck spasms so they gave me a Rx for a muscle relaxant that is very effective when I get those spasms and I am taking tramadol, low dose, for my arthritis.
