My daughter in law was unfortunately taken by ambulance to this care center and she received anything but care. Poor interaction, medical staff that is preoccupied with everything but providing a nurturing and supportive environment and just plain horrid temperaments of ALL staff members. This facility should be ashamed of themselves. Take the 7-minute ride to HCA Doctors and you will not regret it. Literally wouldn't take my near death 11-year old dog here if it had only hours left to breathe on this planet.

The physical required was quite thorough and intense as per the requirements of the company hiring (they pay for this medical visit). I was impressed at how the process moved along and there was no down time waiting in rooms between required exams (eye, hearing, EKG, chest x-ray, blood and urine work-!). I was also very impressed when this facility reached out to me a few days after all these tests to let me know one of the tests was showing a reading for high cholesterol. Now, the 3rd party vendor in charge of requiring all these exams didn't bother to tell me about this result, because I guess it was not an area they cared about as much as things like clearing the drug test. The 3rd party vendor let me know about 2 minor things I had to clear for employment purposes, but never mentioned the cholesterol result. Sitting here now I can say I am really impressed with the integrity of this medical facility to care enough about the person going through the intense round of medical requirements to give them some useful information even though they are getting paid by the 3rd party vendor and really could probably just skate by forwarding the info directly to them and not bothering to inform the person who was sent there by the 3rd party vendor. Everyone was very professional and good their job. I would highly recommend this place for care and their prices are posted on a sign right out in the lobby so you know what you are looking at for drop in or urgent care walk in services.

The reason I found Dattoli was from a conversation I overheard at my local YMCA 10 years ago. This…read moreacquaintence told me that he met with a major university cancer center who told him he had months to live, that it was "time to put your affairs in order." Panicked, he went to his prostate cancer group and one person said he heard about stories regarding this place called Dattoli in Florida. Long story short he went there, did the protocol and follow up with DART, seeds and the rest. I somehow remembered that conversation, found him in the parking lot and told him how I remembered the conversation when he came back and was cancer free. He said it was Dattoli and he said before I went there I was "given a death sentence." Now, 10+ years later he is still cancer free after Gleason 9 and metastasis in his lymph nodes and spine. Without going into detail personally and for confidentiality I will say this - their treatment of me, the conversations I have had and the professionalism with every single person at the center has been first class. I think they are first class and outstanding especially at this critical, stressful moment in life and hopefully a long, cancer free life. Do your own homework and research. Don't even trust this review. Talk to them. Visit them. Talk to their previous patients - they encourage this. This is a critical time. High Recommendations from me - period.

I had a prescription run out for a generic drug called Naltrexone. It's a very old boring cheap…read moredrug that's used for a variety of things that affect your brains "pleasure center - call your opioid receptor. It's its name not the opioid drug it just translates in Latin to opioid for pleasure. Naltrexone turns it down or off which helps you quit smoking, eat less and drink less alcohol. The ill informed NPr freaked and basically said that they don't treat heroin addicts at the center! Unbelievable her lack of simple medical knowledge was! Pretty dangerous too if you ask me!

I find it hysterical that my endocrinologist Dr Wende Kozlow fired me although I had had enough of the disrespect in mistreatment from them and I was moving on to a better doctor anyway. I tried many times to get them to give me test results when I get blood work or test and it takes minimum of 10 days before they answer you they lie to you and tell you that they don't get the results. I find it hard to believe that Sarasota hospital does not send them the results And only them because two of my other doctors got their results 10 days sooner. They must be on the crap list for Sarasota memorial that they don't get their results because there's no other explanation that they're the only ones that don't get them ever. They don't care about you and your health. Don't ever say something to the effect of "I'm sure the doctor cares more about my health then to let me suffer and not call me back and that got me fired. I didn't accuse them. I said I'm sure you don't want me to suffer. That's a lot different than accusing them of making me suffer, but I got fired which was the best thing that could've ever happened to me don't go there cause you are nothing to them. They don't care about you as a person. I have multiple health problems in desperate need of an endocrinologist and she refers me back to my family doctor that's how much they care! She was a fairly good doctor, but her office staff sucks! They're the ones who made the mess out of this. They're the ones that don't call me back and they are the ones who are very rude all the time! Save you the stress when you when you need a doctor and find a better place than intercoastal!!!! Your office staff can make you or break you in this case they definitely will break you! Not only is this my problem with them, but they asked me to have records sent to them because of my multiple problems. The pile of 9 x 12 records was over a foot high and they shredded them! Came all away from Ohio and they shredded them! Again crappy office staff! A doctor is not supposed to ever destroy records for 10 years but yet they destroyed all the ones that I paid to have sent to them! Cost me a lot of money that's how much they care about you! She has zero personality, does not listen and outright lied to me about refilling a much needed anti-panic medication during an extremely stressful time for me. At my July 2025 appointment with her (a nearly $500 dollar out-of-pocket visit!) she refused to refill my medication until I had blood tests completed, promising to do so once she got the results. After spending $200 plus for testing, she denied me a second time. I was told I needed yet another appointment even though I had just seen her the month prior. She comes off as bored, uncaring and impatient. She's condescending when asked questions and does not listen to concerns. I don't remember a single time she's made eye contact with me. Nothing that's she's done during my time under her "care" has proven otherwise. She's simply a worker bee for the machine to make them money without a second thought to how much it costs the patient. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from her!
