THEY GAVE AWAY MY APPOINTMENT... AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY APPOINTMENT. It's standard practice anywhere else to accept confirmation of appointments certainly at the 24 hour mark before scheduled. Not here. They will give away your appointment. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with any decency and common sense. Terrible business practice.
