My Sister's Husband had Passed, so we were (highly) recommended to this company; we placed a very…read morelarge order with them that consisted of (600) Obituaries and (3) Foam Boards, total order worth $2,800 (certainly not cheap)!!! They often spoke of and were very excited about their upcoming trip to Cancun Mexico. My Sister received a call from Digimax saying they lost a picture?? They lost a very important Family picture, yet within their own establishment??? I realize we are human and mistakes can happen, however the mistakes just continued to pile up!!! On top of the lost picture, to which it seemed to them was only worth a mere $50 compensation (total slap in the face)!!! Plus secondly they misspelled the word Eulogy, I might be mistaken but I thought most companies (if not all) would have spell check?? And third they omitted the names of the Pallbearers/Honorary Pallbearer (this was totally unacceptable)!!!! Now we are in a tight tight time crunch, It was painfully clear that there was absolutely no way we could even salvage and use these obituaries, one of the foam boards did not come out that great either. We were totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this company!!! We could have saved ourselves the headache and heartache and went elsewhere to begin with. We would never use them again or even recommend anyone to them.
