My 76 & 81 year old parents went there on March 3, 2026, to purchase a vehicle after wrecking their…read moreprevious one. This being said after I found out and was able to look at their paperwork, the amount of extended warranty crap they added knowing my elderly parents clearly didn't understand all of it till I sat down with them and explained they had thousands of shit they did not need. I was told they explained to them the day they purchased.. I know how salesmen are; I'm sure it was explained in a way so they would just sign the paperwork and not question it. My mother and I made a trip over there and met with their salesman Thomas. Was told only certain warrantys could be canceled. Like who TF need Keyfob insurance??? I have never lost a keyfob or key in my 47 years of life!! That being said we were told 6-8 weeks by Thomas the refund would hit their loan account for the difference (we done this within less than a week of the purchase). Today 7/28/26 I called and Thomas informed me that the cancelation request had never been submitted till TODAY! The guy I had spoken with earlier that day acted weird because they couldn't find any paperwork pertaining to my parents & cancellation. Thank GOD I have a copy of all the things. I asked about being compensated for the extra interest they were having to pay for May, June, July and fixing to be August payments. My parents have plans to refinance at a much better interest rate at their Credit Union that the salesman/finance guy Thomas told me that there was no way we were going to get the rate I had quoted. Yes, Sir they are!!! Mind your business.. they are just pissed off because they aren't going to lose the loan. The are an absolute horrible dealership and I know we aren't the only customers that have been lied to and screwed over. SETH WADLEY OF ADA ARE CROOKS!

We purchased my grandson a 2017 Nissan Pickup here in July 2025. When we got it home, it was…read moreleaking power steering fluid in the driveway and was hard to steer. His mother noticed this, and we notified Seth Wadley Chevrolet in Ada. They acted as if they were shocked the power steering pump was out. Now, please let me call upon your common sense for just a second; if an untrained mother can recognize a power steering pump leak, in which it leaks all over the driveway and runs out of power steering fluid in 1 day, does Seth Wadley expect me to believe that they had no idea of the power steering leak? They are trained car professionals; shouldn't they have known or at least checked the fluid in the unit? Do you mean an untrained mother can spot a power steering leak and Seth Wadley's car "professionals" can't? I don't think so. Maybe they should hire the Mother to oversee their used vehicIes? My grandson is a first time driver. What if the power steering would've gone out while he was driving down the road at 50-60mph? If you've ever tried to steer a vehicle that has no power steering, you'll know it's almost impossible. So basically, Seth Wadley Chevrolet put my grandson's life at risk to save a few dollars. Dear Seth Wadley Chevrolet in Ada, Ok, please let me know if I'm right or wrong. If I"m wrong/mistaken I'll take this post down. In the meantime, I would tell anyone who buys a used vehicle at Seth Wadley Chevrolet in Ada, Ok=DON'T AND BUYER BEWARE! In all fairness, they did repair the power steering pump at no cost to us; BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEY REPAIRED IT "AFTER THE FACT." AFTER WE ALREADY DROVE IT HOME AND IT WOULDN'T STEER.

very disappointed with the service here at this dealership. brought my vehicle in for a repair that…read morewas covered under warranty, that I knew for a fact was and was made to feel wrong and uneducated to try to get more money out of me. the service man Chris, also kept telling me my vehicle was way worse off then what it actually was, to try to get more money out of me. Then magically when my husband walks in, the whole story changes, no papers need signed, no money up front, and my warranty is valid all of a sudden. What a joke. when I come to pick up my vehicle, the girl inside has her feet in her chair scrolling on her phone and giving customers walking in dirty looks?? very unprofessional.

Very poor customer service on recall. I did the recall in 2019 for the drag link nuts coming loose…read more Their fix was to just weld the nuts. After asking how I would do an alignment in the future, they told me to just bring it back and they would replace the drag link with a new part. Last weekend, I had to do some work on the front end and required an alignment. After going back and forth between the dealership and mopar, turns out they lied to me and had no intention of doing the fix correctly. Now they tell me the recall has expired and the $1100 repair is all on me. I had planned on trading my ram in on a new 3500 in the near future but because of their basically telling me not my problem, fix it yourself after telling me they would the first time, they are losing a life long ram customer. I will be buying a new ford or Chevy instead. It's a shame, I had already gone on the ram truck builder website and picked all the options I wanted too. Their customer service has just cost them another customer.
