I then rang the East London branch and then explained what I wanted advise on, this individual went quiet as if he was confused and then told me that he has another phone call coming in he will call me back which he never did, he was trying to get me off the phone. Absolutely astonishing, a law firm which tells their customers that they are too busy to give a telephone consultation and then tells them to go else where. Their english is poor and so is their customer service. The impression that I got was they will refuse if you want advise on something that they don't understand or is in anyway complex. Don't count on them, your better off going somewhere else as I was told by Bob Quee himself.

Don't be fooled by their office. They share it with a completely different company which might give you the impression the firm is quite big - WRONG! Two man team and not even a secretary. If you have to use them, make sure they explain what they intend to do for you thoroughly and how it will be done otherwise you will go to court unprepared and most likely lose your case. You will find yourself having to do 90% of your defence work whilst they listen to your story, pay some novice/pupil barrister relative peanuts a day before court to defend you at the last minute and walk away with your money and sit on a beach somewhere laughing. Don't waste your money or gamble with your freedom or criminal record here. They are lucky I didn't go to the ombudsman.

Also they have respected that I did not want to drum up legal fees and did not do many of the sneaky tricks some solicitors do to massively increase the time a client uses. They are not cheap, but the prices seem right for the proper capable people they use who seem to have proper knowledge and experience. Being a smaller firm sometimes the receptionist is not there to pick up the phone and it seemed to me that other people have to then do it. If that happens it can be a bit of a mess and for example I have been put through to a dead phone with no voicemail. However I just called back.
