Called the North branch to make an appointment for a consultation where I spoke to Bob Quee. I was told to call back after two hours and when I did whilst requesting a date for a consultation he sighs and tells me "I'm too busy, you'll have to go to somewhere else". I then rang the East London branch and then explained what I wanted advise on, this individual went quiet as if he was confused and then told me that he has another phone call coming in he will call me back which he never did, he was trying to get me off the phone. Absolutely astonishing, a law firm which tells their customers that they are too busy to give a telephone consultation and then tells them to go else where. Their english is poor and so is their customer service. The impression that I got was they will refuse if you want advise on something that they don't understand or is in anyway complex. Don't count on them, your better off going somewhere else as I was told by Bob Quee himself. read more
