I requested a price estimate late yesterday evening from a few different vendors, and received a response from Richard right away. He gave me the estimate and a time for the very next day (today!). To be completely transparent, I did receive a couple of offers that were less than what he quoted (not by much) - but their availability didn't suit my needs. I also appreciated how polite and prompt they were - it spoke to my generally neurotic heart. Today they asked if they could come earlier, but assured me that if I wasn't available earlier the time originally agreed upon would be fine. Luckily I was available earlier and they showed up right on time! The two of them were so nice and polite. I appreciated that they introduced themselves not only to me, but also to my dad who happened to be home as well. They were quick, clean, easy to work with, and also helped me carry some stuff down to my garage - because my lack of upper body strength is, quite frankly, alarming.
