Let me just start by saying that Richway Junk Removal is saved, bookmarked, and starred in my phone. So if that doesn't tell you anything, I'll get on with the review. I requested a price estimate late yesterday evening from a few different vendors, and received a response from Richard right away. He gave me the estimate and a time for the very next day (today!). To be completely transparent, I did receive a couple of offers that were less than what he quoted (not by much) - but their availability didn't suit my needs. I also appreciated how polite and prompt they were - it spoke to my generally neurotic heart. Today they asked if they could come earlier, but assured me that if I wasn't available earlier the time originally agreed upon would be fine. Luckily I was available earlier and they showed up right on time! The two of them were so nice and polite. I appreciated that they introduced themselves not only to me, but also to my dad who happened to be home as well. They were quick, clean, easy to work with, and also helped me carry some stuff down to my garage - because my lack of upper body strength is, quite frankly, alarming. I would say that if you need to hire someone to haul away stuff that you at least give these guys the opportunity to quote you a price - and honestly? I don't think you'll regret it. The following morning, they cleared out all the indicated items from our garage, hauled 2 toilets down from the 3rd floor, and left everything broom clean within about 45 minutes. First of all, i had scheduled junk removal with another service that cancelled at the time they were supposed to start the work. We are having a birthday party in our backyard the next day. We were in a panic & sent messages to 10 junk removal places that advertised "same day" service. Grant it, it was 5pm on a Friday BUT Rich responded within minutes & stated he could be there in 15 minutes as he was in the South Bay finishing up another job. They were amazing!! They checked the area & items we wanted cleared. They started immediately & worked so incredibly fast! The best thing about our experience was their attitude. They were kind, joyful & so grateful for the opportunity to work which was so refreshing. I had forgot about items on the side of my garage which was a super narrow space. I had broken pallets that no one had been able to access BUT both guys somehow managed to work together & had it all removed!
