She thoughtfully prepared props and wraps to compliment the photos of my son's newborn pix that I'd shown her (taken elsewhere before we discovered Little Love Stories), in addition to colors and props of my choosing. My daughter was meticulously handled and posed with the utmost care. When it came to the sibling and family shots, my 2 year old son wanted no part of it. Stephanie was extremely patient and carried on with other photos of our newborn, allowing us the time to calm him down. He especially loved seeing the chickens in the back yard!! Those initial weeks after a newborn end up being such a blur, especially with older children to chase after. My vision for the perfect photographer was someone who captures raw, natural moments with soft…read morelighting in beautiful scenery, something that could be in Vogue Weddings. We happened upon Ben in the Fearless photography site, and he is super friendly, energetic, reasonably priced, and has a whole team, so we didn't have to worry about 'what-ifs'. Ben is the only photographer who offered a complimentary engagement session. Day-of, Ben and his second shooter Anthony worked incredibly well with our videographer (James Liu, whom he works with often and is exceptional) and never felt invasive. Our stunning photos (even better than we could imagine!) were revealed over a live 2 hour session - that felt a little unnecessary (I would have preferred the comfort of selecting my complimentary album on my own time with the pressure of deciding live or upgrades), but the printed album will be kept for a lifetime. My only other flag was that Ben didn't post sneak peeks of our wedding on social media, so while he mailed us a dozen polaroids, we had to wait until 2 months to see digital photos. Regardless, I would absolutely recommend Ben - we are obsessed with our photos!
