I really got lucky finding this guy. I was looking for a photographer in the Newbury area to get engagement photos of my fiancé and I while at Highclere Castle. I planned to propose to her there and get photos done immediately afterwards to capture the moment. I looked through many photographers in the area and Adam's portfolio was my favorite. Little did I know that he was well acquainted with Highclere Castle and their staff since he's Lady Carnarvon's personal photographer as well! This made organizing the whole thing so much easier. After the proposal (she said yes!), he was immediately on hand to capture the aftermath and capture us at our happiest. Adam was funny, polite, and extremely easy to work with. I mean, he had to put up with an American who could only communicate, the entire three months leading up to the shoot, through email! During the shoot itself, he's very good at making you feel comfortable and keeping it fun. Adam was very efficient and we had the proofs in hand within days (just in time to go through them all during a long train ride). The hardest decision we had to make during our entire week-long trip to England was narrowing down the 150+ photos from that day. We ultimately settled on a number *much* higher than I initially expected and that's a testament to Adam's skill. I really can't recommend this guy enough. read more
