Shipping was flawless and I received my pieces in about 2 weeks. Late last month I purchased a small mahogany bow front chest all done via email. Correspondence was brisk, direct and very pleasant. My wife and I ordered a bed from them at the start of December and were treated to what can only be described as excellent customer service. They went out of their way to show us the different options for colour in the bed we had chosen and after a request for a discount offered us the price that it would be in the Boxing Day sale! Delivery was originally quoted as early January but after a couple of phonecalls by their staff it was with us before Christmas. Unfortunately one small part of the bed had a mark on it when delivered but it was replaced with no fuss in a couple of days. They are pricey but you get what you pay for in the quality of the product and the wonderful service.
