When I tried to contact the office to find out what was going on, I could not get anyone on the phone until the day before they were due. I had to call over 30 times and left multiple voicemails with no response. No one had even looked at my information. I was forced to file an extension and pay a guestimate of what I owed. When I went to pick up the completed tax forms, I was charged the same amount as if they were done on time. When I questioned this, I was accused of being angry about the medical issue that caused the delay. I tried to explain that as a business they should have distributed the clients and AT LEAST let us know what was going on so we could make other arrangements if need be. When I told them I would not be returning because of the poor business practices, I was told "it was for the best that I didn't return". I am saddened by the lack of professionalism by this business. I hope in the future they figure out a better way to handle their clients.
