Their pricing is very reasonable and they were professional and friendly to work with. The guests especially the kids loved the booth and the photos. Their digital system worked very well and the option to select black and white or color along was a nice touch. We really enjoyed customizing the backdrop and adding our wedding logo to the sheets. They came out just how we wanted. It's a great deal to have unlimited print outs and they even go the extra mile and put together a nice photo book for you to take home, which was great to see after the wedding. The photos are also made quickly available online to view or download. The props were fun and there was a nice selection of things to add to the fun for the evening. I looked around at different options but saw a rave review of these guys online and decided to give them a call. Tim was exceedingly nice, answered all my questions and assured me that there was nothing to pay up front, and cancellation due to an early baby or rain would be A-OK. What a relief! We talked through the options and went for a combo--a 13x13 bounce house with a 16ft slide for a party of lots of kids, ages mostly about 2-6. He also gave me a deal on a hot dog steamer (which fit 200 hot dogs and was a big hit) and we rented an 8ft table and chairs (cheap!) for extra seating when the kids swarmed at cake time. We live outside of the free delivery radius of 25mi, but at about 40 miles away that made the delivery fee $42 and was totally worth it for their level of service and quality. As it says on the website, all of the costs were clear and as stated up front. We paid on delivery. Tim's team--two young guys (including his very nice nephew)--showed up on the early side of the 2hr setup window and were sweet and efficient. It was the same on the back end. The whole (quite large!) structure was set up on tarps and tethered for safety--all very pro. The bounce house saw continuous kiddo action from 11:00-4:30--super fun for everyone (and no injuries!). Kids were passing out in their carseats before they even left our driveway! My husband, daughter, and I went to bed really happy and grateful for Tim and team making the party so easy and so fun--our daughter may end up sharing her actual birthday with her new sibling on the way, so we had really hoped both baby and weather would hold to give her a special party and big burst of friend time. Within a few short months of planning and a few video chats, I knew we needed more of her help than just a day-of-coordinator. Sherri and her team took care of all the setup and breakdown for our Halloween wedding. She hooked us up with multiple vendors, rentals and took care of the majority of decor. We had some accent pieces and a hodge podge of other decorations. When Sherri showed us the final product during our cocktail hour, we were both truly blown away. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Beyond her fantastic planning and decorating skills, Sherri is the coordinator of your dreams. She was waiting patiently for us after the ceremony with 2 glasses of champagne, she checked in on us frequently throughout the day, she provided gentle recommendations and corralled our guests as needed. Sherri helped me from the very beginning. When we linked up, she sent me a list of preferred vendors and their contact info. Along with an online planner, which helped me keep track of my budget, inspirations and vendor numbers. Sherri took it to the next level and would respond with comments, thoughts, ways to save money etc on all my inspo. I would email Sherri at all hours of the day/night/morning and her responses were pretty much instant. She had the best recommendations for every detail or process. The day of our wedding, our heaters bailed. Sherri called various rental places, friends and family to find us a last minute heater. She somehow got us some, and didnt even have us worry about the cost. Sherri not only came and set up my whole ceremony, but entire my reception. She knew my inspiration and transformed the space into my pinterest dreams. I did not have to go in and lift a finger. Hiring Sherri was probably one of the best decisions of my day, I would NOT have done it without her. She is miracle worker, pleasure to be around, quick, knows her stuff and organized.
