I had a terrible experience with this company and deeply regret not sending them home empty. Instead of towing my truck to my house as requested, they towed it 40 miles away to their own shop. To make matters worse, they damaged the rear brake lines during the process. Their lack of professionalism is glaring. When I tried to address these issues, they were aggressive and even attacked my previous reviews rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes. If you need a reliable tow, save yourself the headache and the repair bill--call a different company that actually respects the customer's property and instructions. The owners lack of respect is disgusting. They seem to attack anyone that posts a bad review. Seems pretty petty to me. Our vehicle and camper were towed on 5/16/24 from vernal Rv resort to Adams body & paint while we were out of state. The amount we were charged from Adam's shop for towing our camper was $3620.22 to haul it 7.9 freaking MILES down the road, not to their shop! They broke lock on our door when breaking in, then found truck keys and drove our truck to shop instead of towing. The amount we were charged for them to drive our truck to tow yard was $851.50! When they tried to put slide in on camper they didn't take the time (but charged us for it) to move anything out of the way, so now the slides won't go all the way in and they messed up the motor and now slide doesn't slide in all the way in like it did before. Not only did they charge us a total $4,471.72 they told us the only way they would accept our payment and be able to get our property back was to pay with cash... straight up robbed us. I got stranded an hour away in Dutch John!! When the tow truck driver showed up, he's very carefully and methodically hooked my truck to his vehicle!! He was so super careful with my vehicle!! He was very kind to me and my dog all the way down to Vernal. THEN The driver, took me to where I could rent a car, watched my dog while I rented a car, and then I followed him to where he was dropping off my truck. GREAT SERVICE!!! GREAT GUY!! read more

They have great customer service and really helped with getting the other insurance company to move along with our claims. Autumn at the front desk was awesome, although, the person that repaired my car was the opposite. We were concerned about a bent frame among other things, and they assured us that it was fine. In the end, we got our car back with noticeable dents (that were caused from the accident and should have been repaired), a bent frame, and a machine screw in the tire (that was only months old at the time of the accident). They didn't test drive the car or send an itemized list of repairs made. The hood fit improperly and some mouldings were cracked. We noticed the alignment was way off, took it in for repairs (somewhere else) and were told that the alignment was good and the frame was actually bent. Overall, the customer service was excellent, the paint looked good, but we had major mechanical and substructure problems that went missed. read more

It's been a couple of years, but they did good work and our van is still going strong. They were quick and dealt with the insurance for us, and provided us with a loaner until the repair was complete. read more
