I had even grabbed a new thermostat at the local parts place just to expedite the repair. Turns out I was just low on coolant. (A SLC Jiffy Lube didn't fill it up last week!) Don explained everything very well to me. Returned my part and asked me to return if there was any further problems. Gave me a list of things to watch out for too. Don was simply awesome. Honest. They completed work in a timely manner and were honest, pleasant, and informative when discussing the issues. Any basic lube technician should know better than to use anything other than high mileage. When I called in the guy told me he asked for full synthetic which he did not. They offered that to him and he figured they knew what they were doing so he went along with the suggestion. More like they took advantage and used the highest mark up.
