I am a great lover of any Primark store, whatever it may be. However I think the Maidstone store is…read morevery good. It is located at the other end of the High St, near Woolworths, is set over two floors. The ground floor is mainly women's clothes and accessories, and the 1st floor is home to men's clothing, children's clothing, home ware and shoes. Every time I visit the Maidstone store it always appears to be very tidy and well organised. I hardly ever see items of clothing left on the floor for a long period of time, and it is all nicely presented in the shop. The staff at Maidstone are very friendly and helpful and always on hand to help if you need a different size when trying on clothing.
I love Primark! Granted, the children's section is upstairs, but there's a good sized, quick and…read morereliable lift. At weekends it can get a little frantic, with clothes being left on the floor and on the wrong pegs by people changing their minds with what they've picked up, but there's always a few members of staff doing their best to keep on top of the situation. I've always found the staff to be fine, polite and helpful if a little stressed! The range of clothes is great. The adult clothes can be a bit funny on sizes (no two size 18s are ever quite the same) but they're so cheap and provided you try them on first it's not really a problem. The kids clothes are great - bright and colourful and easy to mix and match when one of the little cherubs gets pasta sauce down the top from one outfit! Personally I think the clothes are very good quality for what you pay, and my 1 year old is still wearing clothes that were bought 8 years ago for my eldest and have been on my 3 year old as well! I find they wash just as well, if not better than some more expensive items, and if something comes home from nursery with orange poster paint all up one sleeve it doesn't really matter!

You are better off choosing one of the outside car parks like Brewer Street.

The service in both shops is excellent and they have often rang the other store to reserve an item if they do not have it in my childs size. On the last visit they even took a coat of the model high on display and (luckily) it fit perfectly. Although some people think this shop is a little expensive I have found it great value for money. The items I have bought from here I have loved and my little girl has worn them over and over again. Much more than any other shops clothing. They have all washed really well with no shrinkage or colour loss. It always quite sad when she grows out of them. I would also recommend the Baby Gap sales as they have 50% off a lot of their clothing!
