Over 2 weeks later, my wife called to enquire about the status of the repair. The same woman who said they didn't pick up told her that they hadn't even looked at the TV yet. If I had a choice (which I don't because Samsung is picking up the repair), I wouldn't use them.

When I arrived and verified with "Nate" that I was there for the scheduled appointment, I was told that "oh no, the techs don't get in UNTIL 11:30 to do the repair". I'm sorry, what?? What type of business schedules a repair for an hour before their employee arrives. Needless to say I was not waiting around for a solid hour and then likely another hour for the tech to actually show up for his job and do the repair.
