I hired him to do bathtub caulking. The tube exploded (for some ¨mysterious¨ reason--perhaps not piercing the film or knowing how to operate a caulking gun) and he caulked the tub WITH HIS FINGER. He insisted on being paid and vowed he would return the next day with new materials. It was only $50 so I paid him (just in case the caulking was defective and he wasn´t incompetent...wink) I assume he needed the fifity bucks more than me. Needless to say he never returned. Lesson learned. Hire at your own risk, but do NOT pay before work is COMPLETE to your satisfaction.

Painted the back porch East facing doors Mesclun Green for Feng Shui purposes (look it up). Jake and team were back and did a great job, again. They suggested painting the garage doors, which I hadn't even considered could be painted over, so that was eye opening. They took off the faux hinges that decorated the garage door and retouched the black paint, since it was fading. We'll be calling them back for indoor kitchen cabinet painting.
