The entire process was going to cost me over $3,000 out of pocket - after my insurance paid. I got a second opinion from an extremely reputable dentist who told me it was nothing serious and it might eventually involve an extraction but probably not for a few more years since I took such good care of my teeth. I write this as a warning to potential patients and as a statement on the shameful, greedy behavior of so many dentists in Jonesboro. It isn't just Adams.

Dr. Wright was very informative about the issues I have. Her approach on how to resolve several problems I have made me realize I should have been here all along. She gave sound advice and way forward. The office staff were very helpful setting up appointments close together for the work needed. They were very helpful and understood the schedule I needed to make it work. I appreciate the patience and kindness they showed me . I am glad my former dentist dropped my insurance. Sometimes what seems to be a problem can be the best opportunity yet. Better dentist ,better staff. Hope I can continue with them until my time is up.

I was scheduled for an appointment for my issue after explaining I had a dental need and not just a cleaning. I felt it had all been booked correctly. I called back 1 week ago to let them know that I now have significant pain shooting in my mouth. She was not able to find my information and when I said I had spoke with her she replied back with symptoms and issues I had never given. I had to aske if she had the correct person pulled up. She did not however that got worked out and she made me an appointment that was in 4 days. She assured she could get me in with the holiday. I then got text msg to remind me of my appointment. I work where I can't access my phone because I am actually working. A msg came through when I left work and checked my phone on the way to my appointment that asked if they could see me on the 3rd the original date for said issue. I call the office and they told me the dentist had left because I didn't respond right away. I said my appointment is at noon. She said not it was this morning at 10 am. I said no I have text reminder that shows a noo appointment 4 times. She back peddeled. They waisted my time. If they couldn't see me they could have let me know sooner and in that period of time. Where I could have been treated by another provider. Now I have to wait 4 more days or more because all dentist close early on Fridays and it's a weekend, I am not able to book with another provider. I've never left a review good or bad about a business but with possible infection and Incompetent office personal along with the provider have now caused medical neglect.

I went in to have a tooth that had chipped repaired and continued having issues with the material Dr. Woodruff put on my tooth (staining, loss of material he used, further chipping). I came back in to have it looked at, he put more on my tooth. The material kept staining, coming off, I was even more anxious than when I first went in. I explained that I was a student and did not have a lot of money to work with, I had been paying close to $100 every time I came in. I don't see any reason at all why I should have to pay that for something that clearly wasn't working. It was my front tooth so I was very concerned and was not in a position to waste money. I asked him the third time I came in if he could refund the fees I paid so I could afford to fix it. I'm sitting in the chair, he's looking in my mouth, and begins to scream at me "GET THE F*** OUT OF MY OFFICE, HOW F****** DARE YOU, DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE" and began chasing me out of the building. All of the staff looked stunned, one poor girl turned to me and said "I'm so sorry". Kids are getting their teeth cleaned in the next room. It was so unreal. I wanted to call the police but I didn't even live in town anymore, I went to school out of state and had only been in town visiting family. I don't see how they still have the word "Family" in the name to be honest. Truly terrifying, I feel terrible for anyone who works there, they genuinely all look terrified and they are such nice girls. I went to this dentist since I was a CHILD, they both knew me and it was just the creepiest experience of my life.
