Unethically upgrading dental work to charge your insurance more at the expense of your oral health. I had a horrible experience here. The dentist tried to give me a crown that I didn't need as well as a root canal I didn't need. Root canals are the absolute WORST thing you can have in your mouth. It's dead. Look up Barabra Oneil. She is a holistic doctor. Very good. She talks about this. As does Jonathan Landsman and many others. The dentist here tried to strong arm me into getting these expensive procedures, and I knew what she was doing and so I said no thank you, and I'd like to go with a normal filling. After I said that, they basically kicked me out as a patient. They said, "That isn't a option". I'm sorry... it absolutely is an option because they are my teeth, and it's my mouth and my health. If I want a reg filling and have it fall out or have the tooth start hurting and eventually need a root canal, that is entirely my choice. But they didn't like me denying this... and the rude lady said, "Are you a dentist?" And I was like no, but I'm not a doctor either, but I can still tell a doctor I don't want them amputating my arm... especially if it can be saved. You know how many doctors amputate the wrong limb? I bring that up to say, just because someone has a medical license doesn't make them infallible or even ethical... and you have to be willing to advocate for your own health sometimes. And it's not always the dentists or the doctors fault as western medicine trains them in a way that they do procedures for money and put you on pills for money but your health isn't really as important... healing you isn't important. Getting to the root cause isn't important. Dentists will tell you you can't heal a cavity and you absolute can... I digress.... The dentist at Dental Solutions is not very knowledgeable in general. She didn't know what was in the material of the temp filling she was putting in my mouth. Lol Since, I have found a great dentist who laughed and was also appalled at this story... and concurred I did NOT need a crown or root canal. The tooth she was trying to rip out of my mouth for the money had zero symptoms and has never hurt and the new dentist said it wasn't even to the pulp. This place should be sued to high heaven and they should lose their license. I can't imagine how many people's teeth she has ripped out or done unnecessary stuff to. No wonder they can afford to give away free Gucci bags to their clients. They are "upselling" patients who trust them at the expense of their oral health. It's really sad and messed up. I wish there was more that I could do to hold them accountable. read more

I was greeted with a smile, as always. I was seen at my scheduled time and didn't have to wait. I was very well taken care of, and I am most certain that I could not have found a better dentist that cares for my mouth as well as being very professional and honest. All of my procedures are explained beforehand and they make sure I'm not ever uncomfortable or in any pain. I would recommend Dr Burris and his staff to anyone.
