I called the next morning and they tell me they are closing early for Labor Day.. I was driving from my school in Georgia to go to my family doctor. This appointment had been scheduled for months. It's extremely unprofessionally to cancel a patient's appointment because you want to celebrate the holiday earlier. I will be finding a new doctor.

I've had some doozy's over the years with my chronic health issues. But Dr Brunner wrangles all my care between all these drs and he takes care of anything I'm left needing. The topping? A pre-estimate from the insurance company will tell you WHAT procedures are going to be covered by insurance, the CONTRACTED amount the dentist has with the insurance company, what your share of the procedure is, and most importantly a pretty good estimate of what you are expected to pay out of pocket. DO NOT let this dentist office just quote you a number and then you pay it. You should only be paying what you're share is (and a deductible if you haven't met it), and nothing more. If you see any discrepancies on your final claim from the insurance company, notify them immediately. Most commonly, if you go in for a simple tooth pull, make sure they aren't billing you for a surgical extraction. This is overbilling and more money in their pockets (in addition to the high out of the pocket they probably charged you). Sometimes the insurance catches these billing errors, and will reject the claim, but because of the high out of the pocket they charged you up front, they have your money. For the record, a simple tooth pull is dental code D7140, yet D7210 (surgical extraction) is billed at a higher rate. The office manager is very argumentative when this was questioned, and an email directly to Dr. Morton received no comment other than "contact the office". While this review has no direct reflection of the dentist herself (Brittany), Br. Skylor Morton owns the practice, and has been made aware of the issues. I am not sure this is a repeated common practice of this location, or simply an error, which is why I advised everyone that has dental procedures with this Lewisburg location either check your claims for discrepancies, or request a pre-estimate before you have dental work done.

I went in with some neck and shoulder pain, I felt like my rib was out again. I just wanted an…read moreadjustment. I just moved to TN and needed to find a new chiropractor. When I called they said the xray and consult was free I would just have to pay for the adjustment they were runnin a special. After I was then told by Dr Kanan who has no bedside manner that if I didnt do his treatment I would need spinal surgery and most likely end up paralyzed and in a wheelchair. He proceeded to tell me I have a bulged disc, pinched nerve in my neck which I later found out you cannot even see on an xray. You would need an MRI. I was told my whole spine would be corrected top to bottom by Dr Craig his partner. They didnt take oictures of my low back or hip. They didnt hurt or have any pain at the time. I felt some improvement in my neck after the plasma protien injection that he charged me $1500 for But when Dr Kanan popped my lower back aggressively. He didnt even ask me breathe before he pooped me. Idk if he was in a hurry or what but going forward the pain increased significantly. I kept asking is this normal. I was assured discomfort was normal, however Dr Craig said we should probably slow down but when both myself and my fiancée sat down to talk to Dr Kanan about the increase in pain he took xrays and then proceeded to blamed me for it and got super defensive. It was very uncomfortable. He then proceeded tontell me I have to come more often and Id only be working with and not Dr Craig anymore. Unfortunately his treatment has left me in far worse pain then when I started. The pain has put me in the emergency room and makes my life miserable. I am waking up everyday in pain so bad I cry. I had some discomfort in my shoulder and neck before but I did not have extreme pain before going to see Dr Kanan and Dr Craig. We paid over six thousand dollars to be left in an even worse conditon then before. When I called to say I was discontinuing treatment due to pain and it puting me in the emergency they charged me another $144 to close my account. Not how can we make this right or any responsibility. I can tell you that this place is overpriced and overcharging for services you can get elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Do your research, shelbyville has beter options that are more affordable with people that actually care. This clinic falsely claims they are the best in the state with the newest equipment and that is false. The decompression equipment they have worked for maybe half of my treatments seems like not all the staff know how to set up the machines. So it was a hit or miss. I highly suggest going elsewhere for your chiropractic needs.

It spilt on me. She got pissy cause I was mad it spilt on me. Then I went to grab paper towels to clean the mess up. And I'm in a wheelchair. She clearly avoided helping me saying stop slamming things. Like you see me trying to get paper towels to clean my mess. I would never volunteerly live here unless I'm homeless. Then they want to hold me hostage from leaving. This is ridiculous. Someone ought to turn them into state for this. Don't come here to live . Find a different facility to live in. They will kill you here or hold you hostage!
