They excavated and had so much dirt the roll-off was full and they had to jump up and down on the dirt so the roll-off cover could be placed. Then the rain came. I covered the trench with some used sheets of roofing I had to prevent water from entering their excavation. After they started with the wall we had a power outage and I broke out my 3kW generator. He's done a lot of painting for us--interior, exterior, decks, sheds. It's all been great. He's pretty much a one-man operation, so sometimes there are relatively minor schedule problems, or a job takes an extra day to complete, and sometimes he's just not available. My only criticism is that he can be messy-- the house will need a good cleaning after an interior paint job, but that's probably true of any house painter. We'll definitely use him the next time we need painting done.
