I am a school teacher, so I can only make it to the store after school. Plus, the school I work at is 23 minutes away. I got to the store at about 3:50. I waited to talk to a customer service agent. After he was done, he looked at his watch and asked if he could help him. I began to try to explain what I needed to fix my tub. He began to scold me about not remembering what part was required, thinking if I had my phone, it would help me remember the parts, so I went to get my phone from the car. I showed him the type of part I would need; it was not the correct part, but it is hard to keep things straight when a person is talking down to you. He refused even to consider a picture texted from home, insisting they were closed and he had to pick up his kids. The time was 3:58. I tried to be respectful and said it was my bad; I forgot to bring the part to school and then to the store. He said, You're right. All I could think of was, "Wow, your customer service is the best I have ever experienced!" However, Chris's assistance was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise disappointing encounter.

Susanne has a wonderful sense of style with color and materials, so I would refer her to be the "Stylist of Tile & Stone." Her recommendations were right on target for our kitchen. Our countertops are CambriaUSA, family owned and American-made. I love my countertops! Not only beautiful to look at but nice to use and easy to maintain.

My husband and I received a recommendation for Pacific Shore Stones from our installer and we are so happy he did! We had been to numerous places and left them all feeling even more overwhelmed but when we walked into this showroom, it was a completely different experience. We were greeted and taken care of immediately. They had plenty to look at in the yard and even more samples in the showroom. The options were endless and it made finding the perfect quartz countertop so easy for us. We were almost in shock when we left there feeling like we had accomplished what we came there for. It seemed like something that was so out of reach but Pacific Shores Stones made it a reality for us. Our countertops turned out amazing and we are very grateful. Thank you!

They finished a countertop replacement yesterday where we replaced old granite countertops with new quartzite. In addition to a change in stone, we also added some features like stone windowsills details, a stone backsplash and shelf behind the oven, and a waterfall edge on the peninsula. The process was ideal from start to finish. Ben was responsive and always very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and gave us options to get a finished product we are thrilled about. They went the extra mile to make our house livable between demo and installation. His team was friendly to my whole family (including the dog). We have worked with a handful of vendors during our remodel and Epic Stone stood out for the experience working with them and the finished product. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for stone work.

I'm an engineer with a…read morebackground in general engineering so as a matter of professional pride (and affordability, and fun) I do most of my own home improvement, appliance repair, and some of my auto work. Granite, though, has the distinct quality of being dangerously heavy and somewhat delicate, so when the seam between granite pieces on my center island started to split, I knew i needed to call in a pro. The folks at Epic stone couldn't have been more professional. They gave me a no pressure quote over the phone and got me in within a week. I ended up having them fix the seam and drill a hole in the counter for a garbage disposal air switch. The gentleman they sent out had the rare combination of being extremely detail oriented and fun to talk to. He took his time blending different epoxy colors to make the new seam as unnoticeable as possible (and did a far better job than the builders did on the original seam). When he was done, he had me inspect his work and showed me everywhere the stone was slightly uneven around the seam (caused by house settling or original installation issues); fortunately they were very minor. He also offered to buff a corner of the slab that had chipped over the years free of charge. Like I said, I don't enjoy calling out for repair, but I wouldn't hesitate to have epic stone back the next time I need something.
