(I want to say this first in case you don't read the entire review- I asked to speak to Mike Sanchez's boss. His boss is Chris Sanchez and they are brothers. This is why Mike can do as he pleases and speak to you worse than you speak to your dog.) I've asked for Chris to return my call but I'm not hopeful. Update- Chris called me back with the GM in the room. The GM was level headed but the owner, Chris, was equally as bad as his brother. I was only asking what the bill consists of and these people lose their minds at that question. I reordered this call as well and wish Google would allow me to post it. It's so absurd that it's almost comical. These folks have zero experience in working with the public is a normal and positive way. I've worked with them for 10 years and they were always my first call. Never missed a bill being paid in full within days of them sending it out. Specifically, read the reviews here from Pamela Pope, Abby Carter, Matt K, and Dewayne Sullivan. The company has changed ownership and they brought in an older gentleman named Mike Sanchez to run the place, or at least be the person to discuss your bill if you have questions. A super nice receptionist answered and told me my bill amount since it's been 1.5'ish weeks since Blalock was at my home in Mooresville. We have always loved Blalock and they give me the cost when they get here because they would take time to look at the problem and tell me the amount to prepare to spend. This is the pricing model that every other company works by. Service calls include diagnostics, then you are billed for a job. This is across plumbing, electric, hvac, etc. This is across middle TN. Mike Sanchez was screaming in the first 2 minutes of the call when I asked him to explain the bill to me. It took me many requests for him to pull the bill. He stated the following: 1. I'm not talking to you because your being a prick 2. You've never paid any bill on time in your life and only called us to rip us off (I have a 826 credit score) 3. We will take you to court and put you a lien on your house 4. No other companies ever give up front pricing and you should have know how we bill. 5. It's as if me asking if we can talk about my bill was a mental health trigger for him. 6. I offered to call an ambulance for him several times because I truly believe he was having a mental crisis episode. I called an ambulance to come check on him because I was afraid of his safety. He had to be on the verge of having a stroke as much as he yelled and told me how he doesn't need customers like me or my family. We've been super loyal for 10 years. Sadly, I'll never call them again. 7. I will pay for the completed jobs out of my $2100 and change bill, but no one pays for a job that isn't completed, especially when I was never made aware of their new pricing structure. 8. As Pamela Pope said in her review, he told me we don't need customers like you or your family. I recorded our call after he started to flip out. If we go to court, it sounds like the Google reviews and my recording may assist as a character witness for this gentleman. I truly hope he gets the help he needs. It appears I'm not the only victim of his wrath. Long review, but please know this isn't the great company it once was. Mike is running away more customers than he is retaining. At this rate, unfortunately they will be out of business in two years, unless they fire Mike Sanchez.

These people are unbelievably useless. They installed a brand new Trane heat pump that has never…read moreworked. Ever. These clowns decided the brand new coil was leaking and instead of it being under a warranty like every product anyone can imagine, they claimed that since the unit has been provided by a home warranty that I would now have to purchase another coil from them. Listen. I know this industry is comprised of thieves but this was aggressive even still. Whatever. Fine. Paid for a new coil. By the way the tech won't even come out to my house anymore at this point. All I get is an apprentice which I know because his hourly rate itemized on the various bills I've received from these criminals. Seems they can get that part right. Another visit was when my pan was filling with water because the 2 genius didn't bother to see if it would drain. But ya know that's not their fault. Well guess what? It the first hot day and my second floor is 80 degrees It would be hysterical if it weren't infuriating. My wife called these baboons to see when they might be able to come and see how in Gods name this thing is still leaking Freon. ( hint hint it's cause it was installed by morons) and the ancient dummy who answers the phone had the audacity to catch an attitude about how many times dumb and dumber have been out here. So a couple days later our friend Devin the dumbass shows up and tells me he can't find anything wrong. Shocking. Whatever the idiot did it's working at the moment. While it's 65 degrees out so I'm sure it won't be an issue when it's 100 Oh yeah and another bill. Wow. So yeah if that sounds fun to you use these people. They should show up in a clown car. I've lived in the Manchester area for ~ 6 years now and have used Pro Plumbing before, with varying…read moreresults. However, this last time I fear is my last. We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.
