He checked it out and explained that the tree was diseased and really needed to come out before it spread to the other trees in my yard. I honestly wouldn't have known that on my own, so I was grateful he caught it. He gave me a very reasonable price to remove it, took care of the stump, and the whole area was cleaned up nicely when they were done. I was able to throw some grass seed down, and it wasn't long before it looked like the tree was never even there. I'm glad they got it out before it made my other trees sick, and I appreciated how straightforward and professional they were. I'd definitely use them again.

He contacted us early on and we rescheduled for just a few days later. Kevin and his crew toppled some of the trees, cut and trimmed a bunch of others, and did everything just the way we wanted it. Over two years, a couple of neighbors commissioned their 'services'. And while working for them, "Trim All Tree Service" broke something on my property. Twice. And when my property got broken, they didn't come to knock on my door to notify me. I witnessed one "accident" (and waited ... ) and a neighbor reported the other "accident". In neither case did "Trim All Tree Service" voluntarily come to me as an act of integrity. They only "owned up" after they were caught. Worse, my idea of a fix or repair wasn't their idea. In both cases, "their" fix managed to push resolution back on me. In one of the two events, I told them I wanted my broken property back; that it wasn't their property to take. They did not return it as I asked. They said they would but did not. Perhaps it was because none of them spoke English, or more likely that's just how they do things. Not much point mentioning how they freely used yet another neighbor's property to perform their work, without permission. My observations concern only what they did and how they did it. To summarize: "Trim All Tree Services" was destructive to my property on two occasions. They did not adequately remedy their carelessness. Their attitude afterwards lacked meaningful integrity. Overall, I characterize their actions and behavior as "sloppy", "duplicitous" and "damaging". Should this company be the last remaining tree cutting company in South Carolina, I would not engage them under any circumstances whatsoever.

They sent out the person who initially did my quote to tamp down the track marks, which was nice so I added $50 to the check for the fast response and attempt to fix it. This ended up being a severe mistake as I then discovered damage to my gate. Minor, but clearly nobody cared to take note of it, contact me about it or fix it. When I contacted again, I was told I must be confused on my part, as the careless team that runs heavy machinery through wet yards couldn't have been the same careless team that ran that heavy machinery up against a bolt, splitting the wood and bending it out of place. For this service, you're better off renting machinery from Lowe's and doing the damage yourself. I was told quote "this is an unusually slow time" as there's been a lot of competition from tree companies starting more work from the hurricane that came through. It's sounding like that competition has been the better option for people, and I didn't get that hint.
