Our driveway got stained with oil dripping from their bobcat. They left tree trimmings and cuttings in front of home in the street for over 2 days. Called them and they came out within 70-80 minutes. Guy was very knowledgeable and professional and laid out several scenarios to fit our budget. We agreed on price and he said be here in 2 days. They pulled up next morning with 7 guys and skid steer and was done in 2 hours. They put big rubber mats down for the steer to drive on. (Rubber tracks). I've never used them, but I live in a newly built neighborhood where the biggest tree is about 3 inches in diameter. I have called many times asking to be removed from their mailers. Normally, I would just throw these away as junk mail, but they send more mailers than any company I've ever seen in my life. I probably called there four times every time I'm told "yes sir we will take you off our mailing list". this does not work as within a month or so yet another mailer shows up, then it seems like 1x a week. This is super frustrating and honestly they're wasting postage as our entire neighborhood won't need their services for at least 10 to 15 more years. If someone from your company can respond I will once again happily give my information but I'm literally begging you. Please stop sending mailers to my house. read more

They have terrible business practices. I received a flyer in my mailboxl that offered 500 dollars if you spend 1000 or more. Then this guy showed up 10 minutes later to give me a quote then said I couldn't use it because the job wasn't 1000 dollars. Made the price 900 so that the 500 discount wouldn't qualify. We ended up selling on 800 because my own lawn guy was coming in a few days to give me a quote. They had multiple workers so I figured it would get done quickly. They came the next day and did the very good and quickly. The problem is they left all the debris right up front for everyone to see for days. Never said when they would return to remove it. HOA allowed only 48 hours to remove the debris so I had to pay a fee and then hire someone else to remove the debris. I unfortunately, disregarded other people's negative reviews about this company. Please do not do business with this company. They can rush right over to get your business then disappear and hide from you. Notice that they do not have their address on the flyers. Only a phone number and a bunch of lies. They are not on Google and they have a very low score on BBB of only 1.9. If you get a flyer in your mailbox, throw it away. If they had told me up front that they were not going to remove the debris the same day, I would have instructed them to dump it in the woods behind my house. Don't use them!!! We just used them today and they hung up on me when I called having an issue. They over charged and didn't do what they said they would. Tried to call to get info what went wrong and they hung up on me mid convo. They sent a 35% coupon in the mail and my husband didn't realize it so when I asked about it, he said it was the price with the coupon. They asked my husband what the other companies charges and he told them (he shouldn't have done that). This company reduced the price by $300 than other companies. When I called to say we had the coupon, they said they inclided the coupon. If thats truly the case, they are WAY OVERPRICED!!! We were going to have them cut down 3, 2 struck by lightning the insurance was going to pay for and one we were having done. They told my husband they'd come cut the one and wait for the other 2 for the insurance to give us the money. I wanted to update my prior review, but could not find. I want to be fair and helpful. I had a great experience getting my trees cut down. On time, professional, safe and efficient. (5 stars) I paid them $2700 and they were supposed to pick up a huge pile of wood and debris that afternoon. It didn't happen that afternoon and four other promised days came and went. I thought I had been scammed. As it turned out they had equipment breakdown and did a poor job of communicating. They did show up after about two weeks and were polite, apologetic and thorough. I think this is a company of younger people who should learn to communicate better to reassure customers. I want to emphasize that the work they did was top notch and the crews that we dealt with were professional. Unprofessional and breached boundaries--avoid. Columbia SC area!! I specifically scheduled this company to take a tree down on Friday so I could be present for the job. Instead, they showed up two days early without notice when only my son was home. Without permission, they reached over my latched gate--which can only be opened from the inside--and forced it open to begin cutting down the tree anyway. I had to rush home from work just to force them to stop working immediately and demand they get off my property. They completely ignored our scheduling agreement and violated my privacy by trespassing into a secure gate unannounced. Luckily, I had not paid a deposit and I refused to pay them a single dime for their unauthorized work. I was so impressed that I made sure they I had plenty to drink. The way the team pulled together and these wasn't small trees that they took down. Friendly people. And the price was unbelievable. I responded to an attractive flyer I received in the mail. I phoned at 9:20 a.m. and was told they would have someone out for a free quote within the next two hours. Salesman arrived an hour and 15 minutes later and I showed him the work to be done. His bid was CHEAP and then he gave me a veteran's discount AND a senior citizen discount. HE told me that they could get the work done within the next couple of days then things got better when a crew was dispatched and arrived at my house at about noon the same day. Crew arrived in very clean and attractive trucks including a trailered back loader and a GIANT limb 'eater'. They checked with me to verify what was to be done and got to work. Crew consists of about 8 VERY hard working guys in company uniforms. They were fast and efficient. Once the limbs, etc. were removed they left my yard MUCH cleaner than when they arrived including blowing all leaves, yard mess clear across the property where it was loaded on the truck. I was asked to inspect and told the supervisor that I was TOTALLY satisfied and handed him a check. They were gone by 1:30 and left me with a nice smile on my face. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more
