They showed up in a timely manner and worked all day long. The crew was professional pricing was fair for all the the work they completed. Terrible customer service. Richard came out to provide me with a quote on Thursday and said he would have it to me that evening. Friday still no quote but got a text saying I would have it by Saturday before lunch and they were leaving Monday and Tuesday open for me to do the work if I agreed to the quote. Its now Monday, and guess what, still no quote. Now they won't answer any text messages or calls. Absolutely shameful the way I've been treated. I had high hopes too since my husband and I are retired military and the owner said he came from a big military family. Disgraceful.... read more

Richard came out for an estimate on a dead tree, which we affectionately named the scary monster. I found him to be very professional and polite. Richard's crew was there to cut down the tree very quickly and did an absolutely amazing job. The job site was left beautifully cleaned up. They came out to give a free estimate to remove a tree, the next morning the tree was removed after 2 hours of work. The tree was removed safely and the area was racked and picked up. Richard Adams came out and we discussed exactly what I wanted done. Much like a verbal contract. A few days later as Richard had said, he arrived with his crew. Really a decent crew, they all worked as a team. The job was completed as we had discussed. The cleanup was very good. I was completely satisfied and will have Adams Tree Service, for any future tree service should the need arise. Richard Adams and his crew worked a full day cutting and trimming trees and bushes in the back and along the sides of my house and did an outstanding job. Adams Tree Service is the right company for any job! We had a very large, tall tree (base 3.5x4 ft.) that was slowly dying as the limbs were bare on top. One could see that the tree was in a very difficult position to remove as it was surrounded by three other small trees, and there was also a pavilion next to it. A stone walkway and extensive landscaping surrounded the area around the tree. It was also at the top of a hill. I contacted Adams Tree Service, and Richard was available that afternoon to give me an estimate. I liked his technical approach to safely remove the tree. I scheduled the work to be done about 1 1/2 weeks later. Richard and his crew promptly arrived on the appointed day. They were able to get the 65 ft. boom truck up the hill. I was extremely impressed with the skill and precision they used to take down the tree limb by limb. At the end of the day, the tree was removed safely without any harm to crew or property. There was not even a broken limb on any of the shrubs near the tree. The crew removed the debris and cleaned up the property such that it looked better than when they arrived. They were great to work with! I plan to use Adams Tree Service for any future jobs as they can handle anything! read more

Had them come out to remove 3 VERY over grown pear trees. They were very professional, ground the stumps and finished quicker than I had planned. Cleaned The yard before they left. Then trimmed a broken limb out of another tree and got the soccer ball out of the top of it! Great work. Highly recommend them. read more
