We had recently already received one quote from a guy who was very unprofessional. I didn't give up! I found 4G landscapes on yelp and immediately called! I set up an appointment for Clint to come out and give us an estimate. He was on time, very professional, and had an outgoing personality. We received a very reasonable estimate for thuja trees 8 to 10 ft tall and some concrete work that needed to be done near the front entrance area. Previous concrete work done by others left the concrete cracking. We had one hiccup during the experience. On the day the concrete was poured, Clint accidently forgot to block off the area before he left. Honest mistake. Some areas were still a little wet so when the delivery man left me my package he also left his lovely footprints in our concrete. We sent a picture to Clint immediately and he immediately got back to us saying he would fix it, not to worry. His response time is awesome. The next day when we got home, I was amazed, truly amazed. I almost cried, I loved it so much. The stamp pattern was beautiful, no footprints, and the aging/distressing finishing touches were amazing! No more cracks and he created a nice slope (initial goal with previous concrete people) so the water wouldn't pool in the middle creating mold. This was tested a few days later when it was raining pretty hard. My husband and I enjoyed watching the water roll down/off. It was a success! The trees look awesome and he anchored them which really came in handy will all the recent storms. Overall, great experience! Will call again when we need more work done! He takes into consideration how plants will mature, your wants versus your ability to care for the plants installed. Greg made several recommendations of other plants to consider. It was obvious he was truly an expert. Greg listened to my requests and recommended alternative varieties that exceeded my expectations i.e. hardier, longer blooming, disease resistant. After taking his advice when making my final selections, I know I will enjoy my beautiful landscaping for years to come. On another note, his crew are incredible. I messaged him and he responded that he would meet me right away to give an estimate for mowing my yard as well as an estimate for cleaning out the flower beds and spreading mulch. We met so that he could look at everything and give me an estimate. We were happy with the quotes for both services and my husband I hired Thomas to mow and clean out the flower beds. The first mow requires picking up sticks and limbs that have fallen over the winter months. Thomas removed the sticks and limbs and mowed the yard. Then he proceeded to remove debris from the flower beds. He sprayed weed killer on the weeds. Then he put down weed barrier landscape material and secured it with U-shaped securing pegs. Last the mulch was spread out. My flower beds look great just like my lawn. If you are in need of a reliable landscaping specialist, please give Thomas a call.
