I assumed I would need to bring my broken chair to him but no, James came out to my home, evaluated the problem, took the chair back to his workshop where he repaired it beautifully. He then returned it to me. This could not have been an easier process. Additionally he refinished the feet so they look like new and made sure all four, not just the two that were broken, were in pristine condition. Recently a friend recommended Western Reserve Designer Fabrics to reupholster my current furniture in the fabric I loved so much. They did a great job, and having this fabric in my house is a dream come true. It takes about 8 weeks to get on their schedule, then another week or two for the work to be completed.
