Anyway, this pub pretty good. It certainly had a nice atmosphere, even though I ended up sitting outside. A part of me wonders if this could have been an old medieval tavern as well, which is something Strasbourg seems to have a few of, except that the bar, and the building, do seem to come across as quite new. Anyway, despite the building being rather new, I still liked the pub.

Overall a great choice of drinks, great price/quality ratio, a nice, even if a bit off-main-road - location and very friendly staff. Overall I liked this place, even if it's worth noticing that it's quite young - you are likely to be surrounded by 18-22-somethings playing drinking games and taking shots. It's a great little bar/grill with a "croque monsieur" theme. The Belgian beers on tap are phenomenal (I recommend the Palm Royale) and the croques are tasty. The owner and bartenders are really nice and speak English (I wish I could remember your names, but if you ever read this, Emma from Texas says hi!!) I will definitely return if I am ever again in Strasbourg.

We were seated promptly and ordered some wine along with the mushroom tartes flambees as well as the Blanquette de Veau (veal is typically not my thing but wanted to try this parisian dish). Both dishes tasted good and were on-point (not amazing but certainly tasty). The only thing odd was the server claimed that they don't serve craffe of water which we know most place always offer!

Eloigné du centre, ce bar de cachet reçoit les hommes d'affaires, journalistes et autres salariés du voisinage, voire les élèves du lycée-collège Kléber. Eddy et son équipe dispensent une large variété de bières et whiskies, et quelques arguments plus nourrissants : knacks et croque-monsieur à toute heure ou, au déjeuner, leur Mac Brady's de sandwich, la soupe du jour et d'autres petits plats. L'éloignement du O'Brady's le rend paradoxalement accessible en soirée, quand les parkings proches sont vides.
