He was not fully prepared and failed the road test. We immediately contacted Randy through an online search as we realized we needed outside assistance. He was super responsive and cleared his schedule to assist us the very next morning. After one lesson, our son had regained his confidence & was ready to crush the test. Randy takes the kids through the actual DMV course and provides pointers on optimizing your score. Our son officially became a legal driver this week and we owe it all to Randy. Lack of communication, booked four dates and the owner cxld the first three (didn't even remember he'd scheduled the first one, claimed AFTER the start time of the lesson that he was sick on the other two). I'm just grateful we didn't give him any money yet. When the owner Sat saw my poor review on Google, he apologized and offered two free lessons which I declined especially because they wouldn't start for three weeks, but also because I just lost all trust in this company. Then he tried to get me to remove my review which I will absolutely not do. I have a feeling that the Google reviews are not real ones because every review on yelp (which are poor) is exactly similar to our experience, yet he's rated 4.9 stars on Google with the most glowing recommendations I've ever seen. just now I was out…read morewatering my garden today and I saw an S and S driving school grey sedan blow through a stop sign twice in meadow point (wrencrest in wesley chapel) I only saw one driver in the car, so I believe it was solely the instructor. This is not an example to set for your students, and when you have a companies name plastered all over your car you are representing the company and should really follow traffic laws. There are small children in this neighborhood. I promise that I would never send my children to S & S if these are the type of drivers they have. #disappointing
