Problem started day 1 when the person in Pinellas Park booked me into a package I didn't ask for. Refused to admit their error and I had to inform them I would initiate a credit card dispute. Was then referred to their corporate office in Jacksonville where the manager was able to make it right. Requested a certain day and female driving instructor was told couldn't do it. Called manager in Jacksonville again and it was corrected. Had multiple appointments cancelled and told they couldn't fit in my schedule like it was my problem I wouldn't pull my daughter out of school to take a lesson. Email to Jacksonville cleared it up again. Lastly had the road test cancelled twice due to issues with their computers. Just problems from start to finish I did give one extra star for the instructors who were wonderful and patient. Would not recommend to anyone

Jim is patient and was always on time for pick up and drop off and always sent a confirmation / reminder for the lesson the day before. I highly recommend Jim as instructor! Lack of communication, booked four dates and the owner cxld the first three (didn't even remember he'd scheduled the first one, claimed AFTER the start time of the lesson that he was sick on the other two). I'm just grateful we didn't give him any money yet. When the owner Sat saw my poor review on Google, he apologized and offered two free lessons which I declined especially because they wouldn't start for three weeks, but also because I just lost all trust in this company. Then he tried to get me to remove my review which I will absolutely not do. I have a feeling that the Google reviews are not real ones because every review on yelp (which are poor) is exactly similar to our experience, yet he's rated 4.9 stars on Google with the most glowing recommendations I've ever seen. Something isn't adding up!

just now I was out…read morewatering my garden today and I saw an S and S driving school grey sedan blow through a stop sign twice in meadow point (wrencrest in wesley chapel) I only saw one driver in the car, so I believe it was solely the instructor. This is not an example to set for your students, and when you have a companies name plastered all over your car you are representing the company and should really follow traffic laws. There are small children in this neighborhood. I promise that I would never send my children to S & S if these are the type of drivers they have. #disappointing
