This isn in contrast to false advertisement on their website that essentially makes it sound like you do not need time consuming soil testing. Anyone in gardening and farming knows that making soile amendments based on inaccurate NPK values can kill your plants. Now it gets more interesting- their customer service (or customer disservice) agent Mike claims that the instrument is accurate and the manufacturer's insert is inaccurate, refuses to issue a return and then sends the most unprofessionally worded emails with disparaging remarks and complete lack of courtesy. They only came to terms after I threatened them with lodging complaints to WA state AG, FTC and American Express. Do not buy anything from these schlubs.

He even offered to take a family picture of us with our tree He brought our tree up front to shake and set aside for payment. The tree was very reasonably priced, along with all the additional greenery. They had a cute little setup for small business Saturday, featuring local businesses and hot cocoa. It's about a 15-minute drive from the core of Sandy but it's a nice little adventurous drive to collect a tree. The ambience of Christmas with all the bonus accoutrements wasn't really there as there was no music or fun little things to do for the kids, but it was fine for the mechanics of getting a tree, but it's about a 45-minute or so drive from Portland. Thankfully we had some help locating the size and shape we were interested in and our girls got to see all the sizes of trees before we used the provided saw to cut ours. Unfortunately our tree was large enough and far away which made it difficult with the freezing winds, to actually push the tree all the way back up to the barn, alone. The friendly crew saw we were struggling and literally ran down the hill to our side and helped push the cart for us. It allowed our kids to get out of the cray strong winds we had the night of our visit. Once selected they shook, trimmed, and drilled our tree for us! This was much nicer service, nicer tree, and supporting our local washougal businesses and families which all are a win. The tree still looks beautiful and our family enjoyed the barn photo ops once warmed up and out of the cold. We will be back next year!

That's our renovation listed as "Gresham Kitchen Remodel 2021." Let me explain the scope of the…read morework. Our home is over 40 years old and has never been remodeled. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken in some way, the floor was green vinyl and the countertop were yellow melamine, or something like it. The lights were florescent. So the kitchen was a complete gut. We needed plumbing moved in two instances and we needed electrical work done. In addition, we needed to have the old carpeting in the living room removed and also the removal of the odd landing near the front door that was a definite safety issue and which requires replacing the front door. Aaron provided a detailed estimate and we discovered that we were easily able to track expenses based on the estimate. When all was said and done, even after we discovered we had expensive tastes in wood flooring and backsplashes, we came in right on target because of savings in other parts of the work. Aaron showed up when he said he would and he was present for all subcontractors and inspections. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, dining area and living room. From cheap sod that was installed with no top soil for prep (that I battled all summer to stay alive) to a sprinkler system that needs to be redone (not enough heads, not enough valves) I wouldn't have known about the sprinkler system until another contractor came today to blow out my lines for winter preparation. BUT I can't have them blown out, because the box was installed completely wrong and there is no way to blow them out. The new contractor showed me the wrong fittings that were installed and then drove me over to several neighbors houses to show me how a correct box is installed. And then one of those neighbors claimed "Oh, you hired him as well? Me too and had to have everything redone by another landscaper" Pathetic that some contractors will take advantage of new people moving into the area.

Price was a bit higher than online but totally worth it for the convenience. Friends are coming to help move the furniture so we can put down the new rug properly and I don't want to go through the hassle again when a rug pad would arrive. This makes it a one and done. Or do it right the first time! While there I checked out the small, but well represented store. An entire section dedicated to different types of hardwood floor, tile and carpet. A section for paint and all the supplies needed if you are doing it yourself or a contractor. Plus lots of hardware store items.
