You can either cut down the tree yourself or they'll do it for you with a chainsaw. In the event you don't bring a saw, they do have some you can use for no charge. My husband and I both appreciated the fact that we didn't have to carry the tree back to the cashier because they have people driving tractors around and they'll take your tree back for you. They'll shake out your tree and put it through their christmas tree wrapping machine. They have beautifully decorated wreaths and various swag you can buy and well as snacks.
