Disgusting. I am from Guam. I have a Guam ID. I am a U.S. citizen, I have a passport. My husband is currently an active member in the Army. I am currently about to leave for basic for the Air Force. There are two U.S. bases on Guam, it is a U.S. territory. In Guam, everyone speaks English. My father is retired Air Force and a huge statistic of Guam's population join the U.S. military. I went to VIEW an apartment with a friend. I was not trying to rent because I stay on base. Their SYSTEM wouldn't take my Guam ID. She asked for a State ID. We have Guam listed as our place of residency, so I don't need to change my driver licenses to NC ID. I have NEVER had a problem with my Driver license. I was denied access to even view the place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please read this before considering this nightmare/insubordinate complex as a future home... Any 5 star review is total BS. I've been here for two years and can't wait to leave soon. First: False Advertisement - These people advertise two pools and 4 grills. However its actually one pool and 2 grills (which rarely ever work). Currently NONE OF THE GRILLS ARE USEABLE. - The second pool has been "under construction" for over two years now. They also have two grills in the new pool area. However, they refuse to let anyone in these areas or use these areas. They actually ended up putting BIKE CHAINS AND LOCKS on the gates to keep people out. Yet.... They advertise it. I'm sure this will be some kind of lawsuit. Second: "Gated community" - This is a absolute joke... This place is not gated. They have two gates that allow access in and out of the complex, however for the 2 years I have lived here I have never seen the gates close for more than 2 consecutive weekends. EVER... They have crime here all the time. Police are always being called to the area. Cars have been stolen, probably cause the gates never shut or work. Last time a car was stolen was within the last week. Cars have also been broken into. Mine has and I live in the back of the complex. - Oh and when you ask about the gates being fixed, they have told me "its been struck by lightning" TWICE on different occasions. Third: Dog Park - They have two dog parks, both of which are so dirty and covered in bugs that nobody enjoys it. Not even the dogs... Fourth: Parcel Pending - This is a nice feature when it works... Guess what... ALSO STRUCK BY LIGHTNING per Addison Ridge. Got charged a late fee for a package that I couldn't retrieve because the system was down and not working. Addison ridge told me to take it up with Parcel... LOL - HOW MANY THINGS GET STRUCK BY LIGHTENING HERE!?!? PLEASE KEEP READING... Fifth: Maintenance - These guys don't do a thing but drive around of golf carts and rip cigs... - Our A/C went out over a weekend and our apartment climbed to 90+ degrees. They have a "EMERGENCY/URGENT maintenance guy" on call for these situations. We called, he said that it was a emergency and that they would come the next morning to fix it. So we sweated in hell for the night, the next night, and the next... Then Monday the maintenance people showed up and fixed it in 2 seconds.... They were baffled that the "on call guy" didn't come look at it right away... To the two guys that fixed it for us, thank you" Sixth: Leasing Office Hours - Yeah these people don't like to work. Close at random times when the office building literally states the times they should be open until, but they clearly don't abide by these. Seventh: Amenities - They have two gyms. The main gym had broken equipment in it for over a YEAR before it was finally fixed... It has leaks form the ceiling and bugs everywhere - The second gym, newer, has doors that don't tend to work with the apps or key fabs. They have to keep the back door literally always cracked open so people can even get into it. Eighth: Security - They have occasional rent a cops around to keep people, who don't live in the complex, out of the pools... Yeah I've personally seen the security here bribed with food instead of kicking people out. Food did look good though... But yeah they are about ZERO help. - People in the complex have moved away from the main pool because they can't keep people out of the pool at 3am. Getting tired of writing things.... KEEP READING Ninth: Dogs not on leashes - Honestly, I don't think this a big deal, but they send emails like every week about dogs not being on leashes when really they should be focusing on cars being stolen, gate not working, and lying about the advertised amenities... Also to the lady with a white Bichon Frisé, please pick up its crap. I see you walking by without cleaning it up. You are ruining it for the rest of us dog owners. Tenth: Valet Trash - This is also a joke... They write notes and stick it on your door complaining about your trash... Trash is too heavy, trash is sticking out of the bin, trash has a small micro tear that I found with mike 10x microscope. They come up with every excuse to not take your trash. They also just dump in in the big garbage compacters at the corners of the complex. When its full, they just leave the trash bags everywhere outside of the compacter. - Horrible service Last thing: - If you have made it this far, great. Please DO NOT LIVE HERE. Live across the street or at the new place being built down the road, BUT NOT HERE. This is the first review I have ever wrote in my life. This place deserved this review and I hope it really makes you question your choice to live here. Run far far away from here. This place is horrible. I have been attacked by loose dogs 3x on this property. I have been chased around the parking lot by a loose dog at 9:30 pm. My dog has gotten sick by the crazy amount of poop left all around on the ground by the irresponsible pet owners. The leasing office does nothing. They are absolutely useless. This community is NOT SAFE. The security gate is always ALWAYS A L W A Y S either open or broken. It's not a gated community. I reported all of the issues and the leasing office staff make it seem like you are the problem. The pet park is 90% poop and 10% bugs and wood chips. Because it's so disgusting, people just let their dogs run free in the common areas which makes walking your dog on a leash very scary. If you have the misfortune of having to interact with the horrible property manger I feel sorry for you. She brushes off everything as "apartment living." If you are being threatened by a tenant in your building by her large unleashed dogs. Oh well... that's apartment living. Is your upstairs neighbor slamming a medicine ball on the floor over and over and over again at 3:30 am... oh well it's apartment living. They literally don't care. What about the leasing agreement ?? you might ask. Well, to live here you have to sign pages and pages of addendum and follow the policies outlined in the resident handbook. Yet , not only do the leasing office staff not know their own polices they refuse to enforce them. The property manger told me to call 911 to report noise complaints. 911??!? This is a misdemeanor. I had to give this place a one star in order to submit this review or else I would not give this place any stars. I have voiced complaints about the cleanliness of this apartment complex But nothing has beeen done about it in regards to sanitation and cleaning. This complex has continued Unhealthy and nasty living conditions and management doesn't care enough to make it a priority to get it cleaned up. Since we moved in in March of 2021, these areas have never been cleaned up. Green mold left on the sidewalks along with black mold. Leftover trash (chicken bones) in the wind tunnel, bird poop and pollen has been left for the past 2 years in the stairwell, causing it to smell like urine. The dishwasher doesn't work. The dishwasher is Set up to use the dirty dish disposal water while it is being run with the intention of cleaning the dishes it does the opposite and actually makes them dirtier. The dish washer is inoperable. And because it is inoperable, I have to run it at least once a week with no dishes in it so that the kitchen doesn't start to smell like sewer. The tubs are "restored" by painting them with a white paint and not replacing them when needed. So as I clean the tub each week, the paint comes off more and more each time. Other tenants leave their dog poop in the grass and don't pick it up and it is left there until the yard people come. The pool is rarely monitored, and lots of women wear indecent "bathing suits" exposing personal body parts. They need a dress code that will be comfortable for everyone. read more

If I could leave a zero star review I absolutely would. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional, my car was broken into and they were zero help. Also multiple other cars were stolen from the lot and driven straight out the "secure" front gate, which has not worked since I moved in. The pool is disgusting and so is the trash situation. Save yourself some money and headache by going across the street! UPDATE! 20 mins after writing this review, 3 armed men drove up and stole my vehicle in broad daylight! The staff was noticed of situation and I asked for a garage to keep my vehicle in for the night until I could get my locks and car key fob reprogrammed but I was told it's not an option. Addison Ridge Apartments have been an absolute terrible experience. Their office staff is rude and very lazy with response times and apartment maintenance keep up. The amenities that AR offers are not what they seem to be. They NEVER shut the front gates into the complex. Their key cards to open the amenities doors never work. The dog park has benches that are completely broken and fallen over in the dirt, with half put together dog park equipment. The second pool that they claim to "have" has not been open for 2+ years--with no future date set to open and no information to paying residents for these amenities to not be available. They have had broken gym equipment in their gyms for over a year. Point blank, If there is an issue at Addison Ridge I am positive that it will not be fixed in a timely manner or at all. Leading into why I decided to write this post in the first place... our air conditioner stopped working, this is the 5th day now we have sat in our apartment that is reading 89 degrees on the thermostat. We have called the maintenance hotline every day (5days) and left a message for someone to help us. (no response or answer) We have a puppy who can't take this heat so took it upon ourselves to go buy two huge fans in attempt to cool our place down and keep our puppy safe. As of right now this issue is not resolved. If you are looking for an apartment in Fayetteville do not come to Addison Ridge. It may look pretty on the outside but it is not ran well by property management and nothing is really what is seems. read more

My boyfriend and I have lived here for going on 9 months in May and our experience has been decent. From the jump we toured the sample apartment and loved it. So we signed our lease and joined the waiting list to move in. Although it's minor I was very disappointed to pick up our keys when they said our apartment was ready for move in to find that the floor plan we fell in love with and signed our lease for was not the floor plan we moved in to. I didn't complain because my boyfriend was in Afghanistan, we had to be out of our house by a nearing date, and I couldn't risk being put back on a waiting list for another 4 months. However, upon moving in everything seemed visibly fine, we did decide to rent the washer and dryer for the monthly fee and our washer wouldn't finish a full cycle and wouldn't wash anything with the setting on cold. Our fridge will not give us water and barely gives us ice, I've brought it to the attention of maintenance that our filter needs to be replaced and I've been told numerous times "we're making note of it" and that's all they did, it still hasn't been done. When they came through for inspections in early January I brought the washer issue and fridge issue to their attention yet again & nothing has been done now 3 months later. My boyfriend fixed the washer, the cold water hose was never hooked up hence the reason why cold wouldn't work and the cycle would never complete. Our front door would lock visibly but you could push with a little force and the door would swing right open so again, my boyfriend took it off the hinges to find it was secured by screws nowhere near large enough to keep a door secure. So, he replaced the screws in the door and made the door secure as he does travel a lot for work and I'm here alone. Bottoms line is, the apartment is visibly nice, the grounds are kept well, the amenities are well kept and useful however maintenance isn't very helpful and any kind of help, fix, or routine checks in my experience are not a priority to the office. In fact , I once called the office, the maintenance option number, and the emergency maintenance number because my dryer smelled like it was going to burst into flames and no one picked up nor called me back. Last but not least when we signed the lease we asked about parking, is there assigned parking, how many vehicles can we have etc. I was told, no assigned parking, doesn't matter how many vehicles you have, (we had 3 at the time now 2), and basically park where you want etc no rules at all. Recently my boyfriend and I have found a boat we're purchasing so I called the office to make sure we'd be able to park it here and I was answered with a quick "No". That was a surprise to me as there is about 75 yards of parking to the right of my building, not in front of anyones door, completely clear parking spots. I have personally seen uhauls parked in front of peoples apartment doors for weeks, the entire maintenance crew parks in front of my door where I park and blasts music throughout the day, but I guess a well kept, covered boat taking up 1 parking spot in front of the dog run is where they draw the line. Whatever, we found a place to store it just though hey we pay $1,400 a month to live here and there's no shortage of parking why not park it where we live. Just ended a 12 month lease here and this is my experience. First, a majority of the girls that 'work' the front desk are rude. Anytime I came in was treated as an inconvenience for them. The gym, pool and outside areas are kept neat and are nice to use. The garbage area, however was often overfilled to the point garbage bags littered the sidewalk. The apartment itself was not worth the price. The nicest thing about it was the countertops. Everything else was done cheaply. The cabinets throughout are one of the cheapest things I've ever experienced. The floors are laminate and the doors and walls are thin. They will also charge you for anything and everything upon move out. 15 dollars for a smoke detector battery that was fine when I left? Okay Addison ridge. Would not recommend. read more

Terrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I never leave reviews but this one was worth the time. The service is awful and they are so cheaply made. Took me over a month to get light bulbs! Microwave kept falling apart and they told me they would clean my carpet when I moved in and then they changed their mind and refused. Everything was fine until I started asking a few questions. Hey, moving is a HUGE decision. I was so impressed by the first tour. When I came back to look again and ask some questions, it was like I inconvenienced them. Excuse me. Further, it was about 15 minutes before closing. I mentioned to the lady, "hey i know you are getting ready to close....", then started what I was going to say. As part of her answer, she inserted they were getting ready to close. No kidding. 1) I had just said that and recognized it myself 2) Excuse me. The place is nice and convenient to Fort Bragg. The gym is phenomenal, but they do not tell you up front you can only have the trainer they have on retainer. Second, I wasn't told there was a long wait list to have a garage at all. I knew it might not be by where I live, but only found this out on the second visit when i was ....ASKING QUESTIONS! Glad I barely scraped by making the decision of moving in here. read more

I would rate this place a zero, doesn't give the option. It is a very unsafe place. The gate has not worked the 2 1/2 years I've been there. They do not respond to any messages. Girls in office are extremely rude. Between my boyfriend and myself, we have had a closed in Towhauler stolen, my car was broken into, items stolen out of it. Another trailer broken into. They haven't done anything about the cameras, which you can't see anything on the videos. I'm a PI, i looked myself. All you can see is Pixels. There has been 4 other trailers stolen, one had 2 motorcycles in it. A vehicle stolen and a motorcycle. They haven't changed the cameras nor repaired the gate. There has been people coming they do not live there to have massive parties at the pool, many people reporting it, nothing done. Police has been called numerous times. Now as of late, there huge gangs coming there, which do not live there. Police have been called. Last weekend, some cars were doing major doughnuts, cops called again, gate still broken! I gave this place 1 star. The only good thing about this place is the fact the apartments themselves are nice. Management is awful. Just awful. They can't get anything done. We updated are utilities so that rather than paying $250 extra in rent for unlimited utilities... we went through another business and pay for what we use, therefore our rent should have been $250 less. We made them aware of this change one month beforehand. They said "okay we have it on file, you shouldn't be charged the $250"... January rolled around, we get charged the $250.... we made them aware, they said the same thing.... February rolled around and we get charged $250 again (on top of paying for separate utilities that we used) ..... we made them aware again (multiple times bc someone was always "out of town" or "not in the office") they said we will write you a check for the money and it'll be in the mail by Monday..... THREE weeks go by and nothing. We are still in the process of trying to get our money back and making sure this doesn't happen again as I'm writing this review. As soon as our lease is up, we are moving. Management truly has ruined living here. I'll add, this is not the only occurrence we have had with them... we have had about 4-5 different issues with management (where they mess up on their end) this was just the final straw. I just moved out of Addison Ridge to move to Raleigh. I've been in the Army for 27 years and have lived in many states and a few countries. I can honestly say that living at Addison Ridge is in my top two places I've lived as far as cleanliness, amenities, amazing staff, and so much bang for your buck. The apartments are brand new and gorgeous. The club house, pool and gym are easily the best I've ever seen. I moved to Raleigh to be with my girlfriend and the apartment I moved to is not even as nice and I'm paying $700 more per month. Arrrrgh! I highly recommend moving here. I scoured Fayetteville when I received orders to Fort Bragg and I will save you the headache. There is NO better apartment community in the Bragg area. Just skip the search and drive to Addison Ridge. You won't regret it. Thanks so much to Heather and her staff for making my stay there enjoyable. You girls rock! My husband and I have lived at Addison Ridge since October 2018 and we have absolutely loved it! During our apartment search, we looked at 7 other properties in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas and this by far exceeded the rest! This is hands-down the nicest apartment community in Fayetteville. We love the fact that the gym is actually a real gym and open 24 hours! It's definitely up there in price but we feel strongly that you pay for what you get and it is well worth it and we love living here! The office staff is very friendly and the apartments themselves are really new and updated which was important to us. My wife and I have been living at Addison Ridge since May of 2018, and we have nothing but positive things to say about the property, the amenities, and the staff! On the outside, the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The upkeep is something that is taken seriously, and it reflects the staff's dedication to providing a living experience that is above the rest. Walk into the main office building and you can tell that this community sets itself apart from others in the area. To the left, there is a lounge area that provides its residents with a pool table, a coffee bar, and access to a movie theater! Downstairs is a gym that provides equipment tailored to meet just about everyone's fitness needs, including static machines, TRX equipment, and even their own free-weight station with bumper plates! Go right outside, and you have access to a beautiful pool surrounded by three separate grilling stations. The staff here is absolutely wonderful! Brooke, Connor, Kayla, Carrie, and Jordan have always made my wife and I feel welcome. In addition, the community events that they host are always fun and they go out of their way to make sure everyone is included. Anytime we have a maintenance request, they treat it with urgency and most of our issues have been resolved the day we brought it to their attention, or shortly thereafter. Each of them has made our experience here extremely enjoyable, and I honestly cannot say enough about their work ethic and awesome personalities! If you have not considered Addison Ridge, you definitely should make it a priority! We absolutely love living here and have no intention of leaving anytime soon! read more

If you want to be conned out of 300 dollars this is definitely the place to go. We were told if we paid 300 dollars that we would be put on their "preferred" waiting list. We gave them notice that we would not be moving in and they refuse to give us our money back. At NO point did they say it was an administrative fee which is non refundable. The only thing we were told was it was for the waiting list. Now after the fact are they claiming it is the administrative fee as well as claiming it is on the application which is false. ***Writing about my experience while apartment shopping*** The grounds look very clean and well kept. When we walked in, the direction of where the "Leasing Office" door was a bit confusing. There is a sign with an arrow, but it points more towards the rec room. There were about 5 women in the office and they all saw us walk in and look very confused about where to go. Finally one walks out of the "Leasing Office" door (after about 2 minutes of us wandering around) and closes it behind her, as if she didn't want us to walk in. As soon as I introduce myself to her (because I have been corresponding with someone there for about a week), she automatically flipped her standoffish attitude to a more welcoming one. She gave us a tour of 2 homes which were very nice along with the amenities, which were equally nice. If you're looking to live here, you are really paying for the amenities. Everything was clean and there were a lot of people working out in the gym. The rent was a bit expensive for me who really wouldn't take advantage of all the amenities they offer. I kind of wish the staff didn't seem very judgmental when potential residents walk in the door. read more

Addison Ridge is a great complex and was a great find. The front staff has always been helpful and accommodating. They genuinely care about their tenants, especially Maria. She called me when a single bedroom opened up but told me I should come check it out first as there was a dog owner in the unit previous. The smell was still lingering but told me that another one was opening up in a week so I signed for that one. This speaks to the caliber of people that work here and how they care about the people more than just filling units. The accommodations are also top notch, coffee bar, pool and great gym. A good mix of single and married tenants, and not all military although preponderance is. Easy access to Ft Bragg, Pope AAF, shops and I-95. read more

They really make an effort to allow people to get to know each other a lil bit which I've found in that past that knowing a lil about who your living around is very important. Addison Ridge has exceeded all my expectations! It is a very beautiful place, the apartments are lovely and upscale. Although brand new, everything works really well and there have been no "new building" glitches. The staff is amazing...very accommodating, friendly, helpful and professional. I feel very secure here on my own. I have a beautiful view of the property and a wooded area. I love the location and the convenience of living in the middle of so many shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores ...I can get to anything I need within 10 minutes or less!! The management has hosted a couple of community events here so that residents can get to know each other; these events have been really elegant, upscale, and the residents are lovely people! The amenities at Addison Ridge are AMAZING!! I am already using the gym, yoga room and have taken advantage of the PIYO classes. When I was waiting for my Internet connection to be installed, it was so convenient to use the communal business office in the clubhouse. I cannot hear any noise from surrounding apartments; it is quiet and peaceful. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone; I love living here!! :) read more

I would not and I will say this again I would not recommend Addison Ridge apartments. I don't remember the pregnant one that they had working name but she was rude and shouldn't be doing any kind of customer service. When I first moved in I paid my rent ahead of time only to find out that I was short. I went to the office and they said it was a mistake on their part, yet it happened over and over again. They rent you beat up washer and dryers and even with that couldn't keep up with their inventory and wanted me to give them serial numbers off of their stuff. I have never heard about a mandatory carpet cleaning fee from any apartments that I've lived at. They can't control the people that have pets as they let the dogs crap anywhere. You have to call numerous times for maintenance to come. They charged me for not cleaning the apartment after I paid their recommended person for the apartment cleaning which by the way I would recommend that person to others because she was at least one good experience that I had there. The property manager was nice and she helped explain things better than that rude pregnant one did. The girl that helped me when I first moved in I apologize I forgot your name but was extremely helpful whenever I needed something done. I stopped by to look at the one bedroom last week. The office staff that did my tour was so rude and unfriendly. She stopped my tour in the middle of it and asked her co-worker to take over. That was very unprofessional and rude. Just because of that I changed my mind about renting here. Customer service should be the office staff focus to attract more tenants. Addison Ridge is one of the best communities in Fayetteville! Beautiful grounds, excellent amenities and friendly, helpful office staff. Any time we are in Fayetteville we always stay in their furnished corporate apartments and wouldn't have it any other way. The ability to have a fully furnished apartment over a hotel room is such a great option. The gym and pool are fantastic bonuses. Perfect location and I've always been treated exceptionally well! Living here at Addison Ridge has it's ups and downs. I will start with the good stuff first. First of all I LOVE my apartment and the area around it. The lady who showed us around as we came to look at the apartments (she's sadly not working here anymore) was very very friendly and helpful. I also like how close I am to everything. It takes me about 5 minutes to get to Foodlion on Morganton Rd and Walmart on Skibo. BUT that's about it with the good things about Addison Ridge. Let me start with the promises that were made. Since we have a dog, who loves to run around and play, we asked before we moved in if there would be a doggy park. We got told that by march there will be the biggest doggy park in whole Fayetteville with water for the dogs. We got by far not the biggest park in whole Fayetteville and also no water provided for the puppies. The fence was so weak that the dogs could get through under it. We had to put in several complains until it was fixed. The apartments require us to pick up after our dogs, but how are we suppose to do that if the doggy bags are always empty and it takes more than a day to refill them after one of us puts in a work order? Also the trash can at the doggy park is ALWAYS full to the top and starts stinking really bad. It doesn't get changed until we put in a request. Then you can get a $50 fine if somebody "sees" you not picking up after your dog. But don't worry, the staff doesn't need any proof for that, so even if you picked up after your dog you still have to pay. And don't even try to talk to the office staff about that. ALL of them are just RUDE, unprofessional and unhelpful very young women who think they are something better than you. They will not help or try to talk to you about something, they will just give you rude answers. They need REAL professional staff members who are EXPERIENCED and willing to HELP and UNDERSTAND the needs and expectations of their residents. If they promise you that you will hear no noises and that it is really quiet, don't count on that. We can hear our neighbors day and night, which can be really annoying, uncomfortable and unpleasant. As long as they don't change their office staff I DO NOT recommend living here!!!!!! This place would be so much better with the right people taking care of their residents. read more

I agree with Cathy and Annie. The exterior of the complex is amazing. However the employees are not! When you first enter in the building you get confused as to where you need to go. Next the office staff looked at you as if you didn't belong there. Huge disappointment. Nice place with horrible staff. Guess I needed to look like I have money. Office staff not friendly nor helpful. I would not recommend this place base on the office atmosphere. I'm sure the apartments are great. But if I'm spending the type of money they are asking for, for an apartment I would expect more hospitality. Not that they have to be a butt kisser just humble. read more
