April 28th I was asked for my address to send me my money card may 2 i recieved just the money network service agreement paper no money card I asked them if I was suppose to recieve the card cause I only recieved an agreement paper no response may 10 I asked "Hello. I was wondering will I be waiting to receive a pay card or check in the mail from adecco?" & was told that person no longer works for adecco so contact them. Point is how does my card just go missing like that very unprofessional I honestly feel like it was purposely not sent due to me not being able to return to that assignment they assigned me for emergency purposes. After deciding to leave my career 2 years ago to be an at home mother I thought it was a great opportunity to look for a new career since my child has entered pre-school. I had applied to so many companies and I never received an email back or phone call. I completely understood that companies do not like to see gaps on a resume & that is something I did have. I finally thought it was time to go to a Staffing Company and see what they have to offer. I went to one staffing company and they turned me away saying it's a very long process and just to keep looking. I was not pleased with that answer. Then I thought of another and that was Adecco. I walked in the office and I was automatically greeted by Jennifer Brito. The initial sit down was comfortable and she was very eager to find a career for me. We did the whole process in one sitting and the office even offered me water. After I left, Jennifer said it may take a few weeks but she knew of some companies that had positions in the near future. I would say after a week I got a phone call from Jennifer stating she had something for me and if I was available. A few days after that I was sitting at my own desk in a well established company. The company is now wanting me longer and with the possibility of permanent hire. I want to thank Adecco for everything!! You knew what I was looking for and you provided me with exceptional service & a fantastic career. I would recommend anyone looking for career opportunities to head to their office! read more

I like the branch. I know the other reviewers say otherwise, even though I read it and it was mostly their own fault, but I got a really cool gig and then got hired for a direct job. Jennifer is the coolest agent and responsive. Unlike the other idiot reviewers, you have to call in each week because the world doesn't revolve around you. You call in each week so they know to keep you in mind, but apparently the other reviewers just want a job handed to them. Go through Adecco, use Jennifer, and follow easy steps (like calling in and emailing to check up). I know that seems SOOOO HARDDDDD, but it's a job and our economy sucks. You are going to have to work hard to get anything. Don't be like the other idiots (Cha, Johnson, and Eddie) and expect anywhere to just throw you a job. Meh. On positive side, they did find me two jobs. Both factory. Did not ask me about skills, or education so to get a better paying and age appropriate jobs. Left my second job due to having to stand in one place all eight hour, being yelled at by moron supervisors, and take on other tasks not in my job discription. After seven months wanted to move on. My agent said there were no more jobs and dropped me from Adecco available list. You can do better. This is a temp. Agency so why can't one move onto other gigs after a few months? read more

They said to finish the process and going to send me an e-mail about the hiring process papers. Didn't receive any e-mail. Okay, I'm going to try to log in to my account on Adecco since they asked me to make it never makes Adecco acount Goes on Adecco, says my e-mail is in use Goes on Forgot Password, did the thing password reset never came to my e-mail Calls this branch, this branch have no clue how to get access to the back-end. Was forwarded to their call support, call support has no access and forward me to another center. This center requested my 4 digits of SSN, DOB and personal info that I never entered to my account. Called them, they said they can't do anything about it. Seriously, you guys work for this company, instead of saying "I don't know, I don't know." all I'm asking is a solution to my problem and these guys didn't even apologized for the horrible experience I have with this staffing agency. They have no regard and respect for your time whatsoever. They wasted my time and put another slap in the face by saying "By the way you're talking to my colleague we decide to disqualify you". Really? You made a client that use your staffing agency involuntarily and I've explained the situation of why is it infuriating but doesn't even want to extend assistance and have an attitude of "well it's not my job and not on my job description so I can totally just disregard this client right?".
