I was initially reluctant to use an agency because of cost and thought that between Facebook, Peachhead, and friends with kids I would be able to find a nanny on my own. But then both my parents had a serious health scare that landed them both in the hospital in the same week so I cried uncle and decided to use an agency. My first sign that she was the best of the best was when three separate friends - none of whom know each other - each referred me to Michelle.
