I have gone to Adel several times before to service my Chromebooks, Matt the owner was always helpful. But this morning I took my Chromebook to have it checked and he stated that Chromebook are sht... and he does not work on them, and said to get a real computer. I was speechless. Went in for a computer repair. I was pleased with the repair but then a saleswomen talked me into a USB wireless adapter. After researching the item I found out she charged me 4X the price others were selling it for. I attempted to return it and she said no returns. Shame on them for taking advantage of people. I needed set up of a new laptop and transfer of the old hard drive info. Because the Geek Squad wasn't taking calls these past 2 days, I asked friends for local recommendations. "The guy around the corner from the Post Office (Matt) was recommended and made a bad day become a better one. He's funny, is knowledgeable, and offered suggestions as well as answered my every question. I've gone from trying to work through it myself and becoming frustrated to I'll just have him take care of it (within reason).
