When I had simple question, Pat hanged up on me multiple times. Marie and Pat are are extremely rude, ignorant and unprofessional, they abused me and my elderly mom verbally on multiple occasions! Marie called and yelled at me for no reason, she threatened she'll make insurance go up and when I asked for supervisor she hang up the phone. When I called back and told her I'll be reporting this to corporate, she replied to "F off, nobody cares". Dear Management, if you read this message and care about this branch please find new agents ASAP that care and can help customers without abusive language and attitude! If you can not provide such service I'd suggest to close down the branch so other people don't experience verbal abuse from your idiotic agents!
